This so-called doctor idea of treating you is a “one minute and 36 seconds phone appointment”, and then hanging up on you. He literally absolutely hung up on me. This while knowing that I was in excruciating pain and I was sent to him specifically for the purpose of alleviating that pain. His office excuse (his secretary Mario) for his nasty attitude and despicable lack of care and compassion is that he was behind on time, but of course they don’t have any problem billing the insurance company for hundreds of dollars. They also changed my face-to-face appointment to a phone appointment, no video or zoom, just phone! What a sad excuse for a doctor, absolutely, horribly pathetic. If you can’t handle the stress of the job anymore, probably due to age, just retire.

Im tired of these Drs here thinking they are Gods over patients. And not refilling meds that's been because they just don't want to. I am so considering switching to a different medical group.

Dr. Duflot has been my doctor for 6 years. He brought me through some very difficult times. I cannot begin to say just how much i have depended on his guidance and knowledge. He has been thorough in explaining my circumstances and treatment. The office staff is excellent and appointments made and kept in a timely manner. My recommendation is without any reservation.
