Kim's Online Review Report Card

Complete disappointment in Northwest Pediatrics for the third time. Made an appointment a few weeks ago and received a phone call a day before the appointment with a different time. That’s fine, I came at the new time she gave in the voicemail and was told I was late because the appointment was at the original time. Our pediatrician could not see us so we were placed with Dr. Bajwa. My two year old was in a bad mood for having to be at the doctor’s office to begin with (a typical mood for many children this age) and Dr. Bajwa entered the exam room with a negative passive-aggressive comment towards my child followed by an unprofessional “Haha just kidding” remark. Dr Bajwa then proceeded to say that her medical assistant was complaining it was stressful. Some days are like this with children. If you cannot handle it, then get a different job. My child was already stressed out as the back office medical assistant made several failed attempts to get a blood sample for an unnecessary test. I was not going to continue to have my child be stressed out and I was already irritated with the staff and meeting with Dr. Bajwa so we left the office. I will not take my children to a pediatric office who cannot model appropriate kindness, integrity, and respect.

Dr Kim is amazing!!! My daughter has been going to him since she was 3 and my son since birth. He is very caring, he listens to my concerns, and is a great doctor. The office staff is amazing too. We followed him from his old office to his new one. GREAT DOCTOR

We’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for 16 years. I have two kids that get their annual check ups by him. He is very thorough, very friendly and very informative, especially when we’re asking questions. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim is phenomenal. A couple things, the whole pediatric department has been amazing. Dr. Kim will always be there on the day’s my son is sick and needs an appointment. He doesn’t overload his patients, the front desk staff is amazing, his medical assistants are above par.Dr Kim is knowledgeable and calm. I have high anxiety so I need that extra calmness, especially from a pediatrician who is dealing with your child. Thank you Dr. Kim for everything.

Dr. Kim is the best pediatrician we've met so far. He listens and very knowledgeable. He sees his patients, not nurse practitioners unless if you go see him in those days he's off. I have nothing against nurses cos I'm a nurse also. But we used to go to this another pediatrician's office for my 3rd baby cos dr. Kim moved to NW area and i dont want to drive that far, so we decided to get another peds near our area. We went 4 times in that office and we never see that doctor and d people who we saw seeing all the pts were all NP. It's just different feeling if you're able to talk to the doctor. So we just went back to dr. Kim even we have to drive for 30 minutes.
