The service is okay, but, the food is terrible at this facility.
The Home is very large seems to lacking connection between the employees and residents.
Never take your loved ones here! Promised a locked in rate for life to close the deal, then the rates were raised two times. My mom fell down, a resident had to get someone because nobody checked on her when they should have....was picked up without calling the paramedics and two and half hours later, was screaming out in pain...ambulance came and had to have emergency surgery because she broke her hip. Then they tell me you take her back they want 4k more a month on top of what she was paying! They were bought out by a new company and it's apparent their care more about ripping the elderly off!
Very clean well-kept community. Very welcoming staff very helpful and not to mention lovely residents.
I had such an amazing time for picking up shifts . The resident were so amazing to work for along the company !
Today I visited with Leah Cota at Kingston Bay. Had a tour of the Facility. Talked to a couple of residents there. It's a really beautiful place to live. The Love and Professionalism that I saw from the residents there was a Beautiful thing everything was great. Thank you Ms. Leah for the advice you gave me.
Leah Cota and Lupe were exceptional resources and very kind and friendly.
My parents moved to a Kingston Bay a few months ago. Their experience has been a positive one. Their room is comfortable and bright. Their care has been good. The caregiver Breanna, has been a favorite. There is a good variety of food. The place is well maintained. From my point of view, communication, especially with Lai, Melissa, and Leah, has been excellent. They are all very responsive and helpful, and get things done in a timely manner. My dad passed this week and I found all the staff to be very caring and helpful. They even sent a beautiful bouquet. We have found the price point to be fair, specifically in comparison to other assisted living options locally. We are happy they made the move to Kingston Bay.
Cleaning and laundry are excellent. Food service is a 2. Always running out of basic food, coffee, bread, chicken soup, tomato soup, basic items as well as foods listed on the menu..Frequently service staff is short handed. Very poor medical procedures in place. Very dangerous. The iissues are mostly with the management and NOT the individuals who are giving the hands care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY !
My elderly mother has been a resident here for a little over a year, and I visit her almost every day. The staff are warm and friendly, and have obviously dealt with seniors in various physical and mental states; I feel like my Mom is safe and in good hands. She had a fall recently, and I was contacted immediately, as were EMTs. Fortunately there was no serious problem, and I appreciated the professional way things were handled. Mom's rooms are clean and she has been able to decorate them with family pictures and other familiar items. She prefers to dine in her room, and she gets more than enough to eat. She also has her meds delivered by the staff which is good due to her short-term memory lapses. All in all I feel like Kingston Bay is doing a good job.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
