This was my first time going to a dermatologist and I received an extremely HORRIBLE and STRESSFUL experience. For one, the doctor prescribed me medication that they did not even have in stock at the office, nor were they aware of when they would be receiving more inventory of the product. For two, the doctor wrote a wrong prescription, which caused a great amount of stress and difficulty with my pharmacy. When the pharmacy tried to reach out to the office, in attempt to get the correct prescription, the office would not answer. I reached out multiple times to the office, in which the front staff were extremely rude and kept me on hold for over 20 minutes. They did not apologize for THEIR mistake and were instead very unprofessional at trying to solve the issue. The lady I spoke with told me "Go to a different pharmacy then." Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone go to this office. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life.

I have gone to many skin doctors. I love Dr. Press. Sure I waited but her knowledge about skin is AWESOME! I highly recommend her.

A nurse in the office recommended a strong peel just 8 days from my daughter's wedding. Initially, i refused but she stated " my skin would look as smooth as a baby's butt." Unfortunately for me the recommendation was disastrous. The office offered to refund $960 but reneged on the offer.

This is an update to an incident that happened 5/31/19. As you can see, the company did decide to resolve the matter by sending a check if i would remove the post, however, they have not complied so I am reposting. To Office Manager Debbie Covey,As per our conversation, I am sending photos of the peel that was recommended by Nash. I am very, very upset that a professional would be clueless of the consequences for me 8 days before my daughter's wedding. Thank God I reduced the time under the light myself. Nash reassured me twice I would be glowing, like a baby's skin, and would look great for my daughter's wedding. Now i look like a baby's butt with diaper rash or a red butt gorilla.I have been applying the 2 masks I received, the cleanser, the bio cream, sunscreen, the hat and a blanket...still no improvement.Has anyone in your office ever ever done such a deep peel under such a short timeline? Probably not.I feel like a fool for listening to an NP in your office. Maybe she needs more training.I went in for a follow up appointment with Dr. Limova on Monday and was told "there is always Photoshop and makeup artist." I feel the comment was insensitive. To Office Manager Debbie Covey,I am again forwarding a copy of my complaint and photos regarding the incident at your office. I had considered this resolved by means of a refund check in the amount of $960 agreeded to by you and Minarets medical group. I have not received the check.Show quoted text

I went to Dr. Leah press as she was listed on my insurance web site, She was rude-she was cold I didn't care for the way the office was ran or the cleanliness. My results came back as cancer, Melanoma, i was told I need to go back in for treatmeant -I would rather have cancer than go back to that office. After about 10 to 12 calls I was able to get my pathology reports for the new dermatologist. The office staff was nice in helping me get my results. I actually feel bad for some of the employees having to deal with that woman on the day today. She doesn't seem very kind to her staff either. I mentioned that I went to Leah press to a coworker, she knew all about her, she said she went to her one time and one time only and found a new doctor,

I have been going to Dr. Press for years. She is friendly but brief. I have had many procedures over the years and have had no complaints. Wait times can be long and she is very busy. Would you want to see a doctor that wasn't busy? She's good at what she does.

Came here because my son has had an itchy, flakey scalp. He was not seen by the doctor but a woman named Sherri Nash. She barely looked at his head and made 2 guesses of what it could be. He was prescribed an anti-fungal shampoo (ketaconazole) and lice creme. He does not have lice. The anti-fungal shampoo did not help. His head has gotten worse and his hair is falling out. I was hoping for a diagnosis not a guess of what it could be. We cancelled the follow up appointment and went to a different clinic.

Dr. Press is the only Dermatologist I trust to treat me.

Dr. Press is a fantastic doctor. I have seen her for multiple procedures, including mole removals and acne treatments. She is well-informed about the bets skin care options and is very considerate of her patients’ needs. I would definitely recommend her!
