I do not go to specialists for social visits. Dr. Pyreddy is direct and to the point. If I ask a question, he responds with adequate detail to satisfy me. He seems to be genuinely interested in my health and well-being. And frankly, that is all I can ask of any Dr that I see.

I have been seeing Dr. Pyreddy for years. Started out every 3 mos, then 6 mos, then he changed my visits to annually. He cancelled my appointment for personal reasons. That was all his staff said when they called and that they would reschedule. They never rescheduled despite my calling and leaving several messages because they don't answer the phone. I finally got through to a live person and again had to call 3 times to get a response to my question. I usually have a CT-scan and then review the scan with Dr. Pyreddy. Because he put me off for over a year due to his personal reasons, I have to take a day off from work to see him, then get the CT-scan and make another appointment with him to review it. I have to take off two days from work to make up for him losing out on seeing patients during the covid pandemic. Very disappointed in the way I've been treated and will ask my primary care Dr to refer me to another pulmonologist.

Uses all available technology to diagnose. Gives a brief as possible explanations to patient as possible, just the name of the disease. Offers no recommendations as to how to take care of yourself.
