Too Nonchalant Negatives: Unconcerned. I had a serious medical condition and I wish Dr. Lozano put more emphasis on prevention before my condition escalated. I’m a male in my 30s and I feel like the doctor wrote off my concerns because of that fact. He often said things like “you’re young, you shouldn’t be too concerned.”Time management. I wait way too long to be seen. Often over an hour before Dr. Lozano enters the room.Positives: Friendly. Dr. Lozano does try to find common ground and relatable topics/interests to help build trust.

Worst Physican/Time management One of the WORST Physican's in regards to TIME MANAGEMENT! Any appointments he's ALWAYS late, typically 1-2 hours late. ESPECIALLY when it comes to "phone" appointments and ALL "phone" Appointments are considered teletype(s), which are considered video chats. The staff are condescending & rude. The staffs follow up for lab results & communication is horrible & none existent.

Unavailable Office doesn't answer the phone. Lucky if you get an appointment in 3 months, no matter how serious your health issue.

Yes I received treatment from this doctor. I told him I had a period just about every day of the month. I was married and intercourse was painful I knew I had endometriosis but he said it was all in my head and refused to give me a ultrasound. Finally his nurse said to humor me after she said I was crazy I was sent out for a ultrasound. I was working for Sante Health systems so I was to that day I had a 14 pound tumor. I had to have a TAH . My ovaries had just about rotted in my body I had a foul odor I couldn’t get rid of that was embarrassing and was talked about. I lost my job and my husband due to this so called wonderful doctor. I saw him Christmas shopping in the mall one day for his family. I said it must be nice . He caught a attitude. It wasn’t done on purpose to harm me but it did just that. To me he is a monster and I don’t forgive and won’t ever forget.

No absolutely not. Dr. Matthew Lozano is responsible for me not be able to have children. I had endometriosis and Dr. Lozano and his nurse at that time Dr. Linda Land said it was all in my head. They stared treating me for mental illness. I took medication but I had a period every day. I actually heard them talking and saying just for humor send her for a ultrasound. I went and had one and the lady that did it said Sheretta since you work for Sante Health Systems I’m going to just let you know what’s going on. You have about a 14 pound tumor. I was devastated. I had to have a total abdominal hysterectomy. I lost my ability to have a child , my job and my husband. Is he a good doctor? Hell no he ain’t even a nice human being

I have been a patient of. Dr. Lozano for about 20 yrs now and he is an outstanding Dr., has always paid and listen to me with all my medical needs we have been through a lot together would recommend him in an instant.

Dr. Lozano is so kind, has patience and is very knowledgeable . He is excellent with people of all ages. He is the doctor of myself, my Mother and several of our friends. We highly recommend Dr. Lozano .

Dr. Lozano is knowledgeable, thorough, interested and interesting. He explains things is easy to comprehend terms, errs on the side of caution, and genuinely cares about his patients. When I have had any issues with his staff, he has immediately taken action to ensure his patients receive what they need in a timely manner.

Doctor Lozano has been my primary care physician for over a decade going back to when he played a critical roll in keeping me alive while I awaited a major organ transplant. No easy task. I have a very complicated medical history and Dr. Lozano is the only Dr. that I trust absolutely. Not only has every diagnosis been 100% accurate but he is thorough, confident, and easy to talk to. I moved out of the area a number of years ago but continue to make the 1200 mi. round trip to be seen by him. When I've had serious conditions he has fast tracked my outside testing and appointments with specialists even calling me at home after hours to go over results and outlining the next steps. I think very highly of Dr. Lozano and his abilities and would recommend him to anybody.

Dr Lozano have been my dr for 16 yrs he deliver my two oldest children and refers me to another great ob for my younger two. He is the only dr I take my family too. He listen to all my family's concerns. and I have never had a problem getting a same day appt. staff is great as will yanelle his head nurse is also amazing and carring as while. I have never had a problem with fitting a referral. And I've only ever waited no more then 45 min on a busy day .
