I have gone to a couple of dermatologists and Macias practice by far has been the best experience. I got the pleasure of getting Michelle Garcia, who was genuinely attentive and asked me multiple questions to better understand my skin concerns. She's given me great product recommendations that have helped my skin get to where I want it to be. She's literally the best NP I've had the pleasure of meeting.

They failed to identify BCC (Cancer) on my skin and said it was a cyst. Later another dermatologist identified it and it was too late, so I had an ordeal due to this bad practice, no recommended.

The staff are very friendly and the providers and doctor are well trained and knowledgeable. They take many insurances. This is a well established practice in a great location!

I continuously receive great service to which I decided to establish all my dermatology needs here. I see Hailey Newberry and she is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed, and all of my questions are answered with care. The staff are also always very friendly and organized, which always makes my visits smooth from start to finish. They call you back quickly and it’s rare to wait. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dermatology care!

Best dermatology office in Fresno! 11/10 My third time coming in. All three visits were extremely fast to see a specialist and they fixed my skin tag and small mole removals on the spot! Never been more happier with my appearance afterwards! Hats off to Michelle and the ladies at the reception who all had lovely smiles and smooth process! Thanks Macias!

I had a very good experience here ( April 2nd 2026) as a new patient. You go in and check in on the kiosk and its very easy and self explanatory and the girls at the front desk are very kind and helpful with any questions you might ask. I was very nervous because it was a new place for me and I checked the reviews and saw alot of negative ones but decided to try it out for myself since my primary doctor recommended for me to go. It was very nice and clean. Michelle was my doctor and she was quick and explained what she was doing while she removed my skintag! Thank you so much cant wait for my follow up!
