1st appt they didn’t have all the needed documents from my health insurance so I waited about 1 hour to be seen while they took care of that. I wish they would have figured that out before my appt. 2nd appt was a follow-up appt. waited 1 whole hour to be seen. This place is overly packed seems as they over book and have everyone waiting for 1hr + I would not recommend to anyone.

Called about 11 minutes before closing went from being 6 in the phone queue to being 1 in the queue in about 10 minutes, then I was 1 in the queue for over 40 minutes. I hung up after being number 1 for 40 minutes, they just left me hanging, guess they don't check their phones before logging off for the day.

After canceling my appointment, I received a bill for a no-show at the office for the appointment.

Have come here for many years for treatment of Rosacea. All practitioners are professional and competent. Have only had one time I had to wait longer than 15-20 minutes and I am usually out in 35 to 40 minutes. Highly recommend.

NP Michelle P. is very knowledgeable. She's always willing to answer any questions and even took out the time to recommend specific skin care products that she recommends. She has a very calm demeanor and makes patients feel very comfortable.

Absolutely LOVE Michelle Garcia. She has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with her advice and recommendations. I've been seeing Michelle for about two years for cosmetics and now for medical procedures. The staff is friendly and it has been pretty easy making appointments.

I really enjoy the staff they were really professional and nurse Michelle Garcia is such a wonderful nurse, I had two procedures with her. Nurse Michelle was very calming when working on my underarm making me aware of the sensitivity area before injecting with numbing . She ease my nerves by walking me through it and talking to me so I forget the pain. I highly recommend Macias Dermatology. I plan on getting comestic done in the future and will recommend Michelle Garcia again.

I use this office to treat my psoriasis. For the most part, the office is great. Until it's time to renew my prescription every year. There is only ONE person that can help with biologics and she is impossible to get ahold of. I've now left her 5 messages in the span of 2 weeks trying to get my prescription renewed and she has not attempted to reach back out to me. She is always either out of the office or on the other line or on break. It's ridiculous that it is this difficult just for me to get a prescription refilled. My medication is now almost a month overdue and I am still waiting for her call back.
