Dr. Baz is one of the best Doctors he takes care of me explained everything and his medications and advice are the best. One of the best doctors in California. Dr. Baz staff are very professional and friendly. My cousins also visit Dr. Baz and they all are very happy. Thanks you.

I received a letter telling me that my child would no longer be receiving care from the Visalia office. The letter was vague so I had no idea why this letter was sent to me. I called and was told it was because we missed a scheduled appointment. After checking my records I realized I had posted the appointment on the wrong day. Needless to say I never did received a confirmation call otherwise I would have shown up on the correct day. My date was a week later. What happened to confirmation calls??? The staff working in Fresno have been extremely rude. From the receptionist answering the phone all the way to the manager Dorie who doesnt return voicemail messages and who is also very conveniently either on the phone in a meeting or out of the office. Since yesterday afternoon I have left 3 voicemails for the manager. I wonder how long it will take for someone to call me back or comment on my review. Terrible dr dosent care about patients very rude staff Diana and Grace the front receptionist at fresno and alluvial office very rude and snobby dont ever cancel i had to I was not able to walk or drive due to a back injury and because i had to cancel was told i would now be considered a walk in and have to wait 23 hours. my advice get a doctor who cares about you as a whole.

Comments from you doctor in front of you child should not include If you want to protect him from allergies put him in a bubble or shoot him off into space. Rude Rude Rude Spoke right over us did not listen. Very dismissive attitude. This was our first visit Definitely going elsewhere.
