Was to get eye lids surgry but was stopped by the doctor in last minute. Surgry was prepayed, and when we asked for a refund because the surgry was never done, the office would not give our money back $7,150.00.

What a professional five star staff team. Wanted to thank Dr Bidar & Brilyn Jacobsen, RN for providing me with the best care during my laser treatment. Healing well…and excited to see my final results!

Today I had my first appointment with Brilyn, she is excellent! She has a gentle touch and kept me comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this office and Brilyn, she rocks!

May 05, 2021 Did not preform what was supposed to have been done I went in for a blepharoplasty surgery and ended up with a compromise procedure. Apparently he didn’t remove tissue, he simply repositioned it and laser treated the surface, at best temporary results. After paying $6000.00 + I came out with results that Dr Bidar should have been ashamed of. My bags remain. During my last visit he seemingly became irritated, told me “ you look younger” and simply walked out of the room! I’ve been told that I should consider other actions.

If I could give less than one star I would. The girl with the weird blonde hair that did my filler injections was HORRIBLE. Brilyn Jacobsen thought she knew it all and was constantly talking over me when I tried to voice my concerns. All she kept talking about was PRP injections when I wanted a little filler in my cheek. I left with my face over-injected, bruised, and swollen. Def never going back. You can tell she hasn't been doing this long enough to be doing it on her own. Do not get injected here!

From referral to post-op, my experience with Dr. Bidar and his staff was first-rate. I am very pleased with my surgical results, 4 months post-op. Occasionally, I waited past my appointment time, but it is because Dr. Bidar takes the time to answer each patient's questions thoroughly. I have referred friends to Dr. Bidar and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone involved in my care.

Called 5 months ago before Covid. Made sure after Covid started that I gave enough time for an appropriate day for consultation. Day before office called started their pre appointment paperwork n questions . Was called twice before my 0900 consultation time that same day and twice the night before to make sure I was aware on time etc. Day of office called to get my 100.00 fee for consultation then I waited and I waited and waited. I was called at 10:30 and told he was almost five usher seeing his last 2 patients in the office before he could take my video call.....I asked realistically what's does that mean.....My appointment was at 9 we're these other ppl s appointment at 8:15 or 8:30???? No bueno. Was then told they were not sure what time I would be seen. It's now 10:40 still waiting waiting waiting .......called and made two other appointments with two other reputable mds bye refund my money

My mom just had her second eye surgery with Dr. Bidar and we're so happy with her treatment and follow up care. Dr. Bidar even took the time to call to check on my mom on a Sunday. We know how busy he is, but the call was such a nice touch. We appreciate him and his staff very much.
