Veronica and Karina at the Downtown location on 'S' street were amazing!! Great customer service and nothing but smiles.. I went to get a replacement for my glasses to find that they had Versace frames and other high end frames like Coach, Gucci , Prada and more! ! And they also take Care Credit.. I was soooooo blown away by how they fit on my face and the Amazing anti-glare on the lenses. If you want a pleasant experience and basically any name brand frames they got it! I love the quality of the frames and customer service. Not at all a long wait, I was serviced quickly.

A 3 month planned appointment. Arrived at 1:45 and it’s now 4:25 and still 2 people ahead of me. They close at 5. Complete joke.

Still waiting on contacts. Been what 4 months. I should have stayed at Costco. At least their timely. Efficient and you get your contacts at a timely manner. Here it takes them a month to get trials. Really.

May 05, 2021 Did not preform what was supposed to have been done I went in for a blepharoplasty surgery and ended up with a compromise procedure. Apparently he didn’t remove tissue, he simply repositioned it and laser treated the surface, at best temporary results. After paying $6000.00 + I came out with results that Dr Bidar should have been ashamed of. My bags remain. During my last visit he seemingly became irritated, told me “ you look younger” and simply walked out of the room! I’ve been told that I should consider other actions.

From referral to post-op, my experience with Dr. Bidar and his staff was first-rate. I am very pleased with my surgical results, 4 months post-op. Occasionally, I waited past my appointment time, but it is because Dr. Bidar takes the time to answer each patient's questions thoroughly. I have referred friends to Dr. Bidar and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone involved in my care.

Wait is horrible 160 for a funky walmart style exam 3 hour wait now it's 4:30 they close in 30 2 people ahead what kinda of 3rd world joke is this place so I get seen for 1 min or what for $160 0 stars
