New Sang's Online Review Report Card

I called at 830am. Was asked to put on hold 3x after 20minutes. Couldn’t even get through to personal to make an appointment. My son needs his middle school vaccines. In need of improvement for the front staff.

Great doctors, awesome entertainment in waiting room for children while waiting to be seen

Worst experience here. I wrote this review to let you know they will discard your child if you don't agree to their financial agreements about paying for all collections fees, attorney fees,etc and also being responsible for fees if your insurance does not cover. I only wrote that it's their responsibility to bill insurance and get an authorization. They said the lady doctor at Willow location felt uncomfortable even though it as being nice, then mention how I override the documents. Then that they spoke to their head boss and they wanted to discard the patient. So I confronted the rep whom called me that it was due to the documents only and for them to cancel any future appointments with my other kids as we will not be paying any fees. Unprofessional can not even come to an agreement or give people a chance to explain or even explain what the issue was. They they toss you like your no body. Well we will let all friends and family know this company is worthless and doesn't even vaule your child's health. Don't go here or select these people . Thank you! Glad God let me figure this out asap :)

Was left on hold so I decided to just come in, when I walked in all 3 front desk were just talking when asked why I was left on hold they said they were in a “meeting “ but they were just gossiping and went back to working after I had said something . It was rude I rarely have problem coming to the office but was very unprofessional

staff and doctors and very professional and kind. also very helpful with any questions and concerns. have called a few time as a new mom and have never had a bad experience :)

BEST DOCTOR IN TOWN FOR KIDS!! STAFF IS WONDERFUL HARD WORKERS!! CLEAN PLACE/VERY NEAT GAMES FOR KIDS TO PLAY WHILE THEY WAIT WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIANS!! OVERALL GREAT PLACE 😉

If I could give negative stars I would. Useless place of medical treatment for kids they don't even check the child's file before they start dismissing patients. They try to refer you every where else because they don't know what they are doing. Tried to see why my kid has been having a fever which are causing him seizures and they told me I had to go back to valley childrens even though valley childrens sent me to them because their ER is too full. Pathetic excuse of a pediatric office.

There really nice my kids been coming here for a while they have two locations so it's easy to book appointments or come In as a walk in

Our boys love coming here, sick or well. The staff are all so friendly. The providers are amazing, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We never have to wait long even as a walk-in on the busiest days. Now with the new location open, the wait time is even shorter. Also, we appreciate what you guys do for the community. Stepping up for the community during the pandemic and beyond shows us your true compassion to help people. And on top of all of that, you just gave a very generous donation to Community Hospital. What a blessing you are to all of us! BTW, my 7 year old said to give you 5 stars!

Love the friendly office staff and doctors always very concerned about my children. My kids love that they have video games.
