Very clean, friendly staff, always answers the phone

Wonderful office clean dr. so helpful and understanding

I went to Dr. Orme because I needed an ENT referral. After waiting to be seen I was taken from one room to the next then finally ushered into his office where instead of a door a partition was in place (but poorly) a door wasn’t shut, and the dr would yell out to staff as he needed throughout my “appointment” then while Going over my health history for everyone to hear I was told I was obese and needed barriatric surgery. I was in shock I left with a HIPPA violation, an ENT referral and a stomach bypass referral … then once blood work was in they called to schedule an appointment for the dr to go over the phone and charged me a co pay to review them- I have never been charged by any other office to do that… now 6 months later just called me to make a month follow up I just laughed and said uhhh no I won’t be coming in- DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE.

This place is not worh my co-pay that's all I have to say this doctor need to retired already.

I scheduled an appointment and when I got there, they made me fill out the forms and insurance information, but after I got in the room they told me he won't see me in person but he'll talk to me through the phone. His voice sounded like if he was either very sick or drunk. I needed someone to see me in person because of the conditions of my symptoms. Which I wasn't told he wasn't until inside the room. He told me a diagnosis and prescribed me big amount of medication. Before leaving I asked the diagnosis and he changed, so I canceled the prescription for safety of my health. In the parking lot, he parked next to my car and he couldn't step out of his vehicle (either sick or drunk). I took video. Then I canceled my appointment until he could see me in person which they never called, so I changed my Doctor and after running many lab test it wasn't any of the 2 diagnosis Dr. Orme gave me. Then they send me a bill for $ to collection for a appointment that was completely unprofessional

Me and my family have been going there for years ..we found another dr because his office manager fatima is rude and unprofessional she is the reason we decided to find another Dr we gave them aloft of business ..so the Camarena family will enjoy a new dr office especially staff i would not recommend this office to no one

I found this DR to be very nice and understanding. All the staff that work here seem to be polite as well. So far I have not had any issues. I only been here once the rest was through the phone, but when I went there I was seen right away. I never had a primary care DR before. I am going to stick with him.

Just started being seen by Dr. Orme. He has great (bilingual) staff that helps with any questions you may have. Great service fast and easy and you can make last minute appointments very easily with out a months wait like other offices. truly recommend

Been going to Dr. Orme for about 10 years and he knows what he is talking about however, his recent condition is not good at all. He started falling asleep while I was talking to him at one of my last wellness exams. He also seems to have new nurses every time I go in. He offers to do blood work on the premises but the last time I let him do it instead of Quest, two nurses tried and failed to draw my blood. I ended up going to Quest. I don't dislike Dr. Orme, but I think he is nearing retirement or should be thinking about it.
