List of Orlantino Dyoco's Reviews
Best care for my kids and friendly staff I've ever know in Fresno
They are closed from 2-3 and very long wait time. Both times they have my daughter shots she got really sick. I've been going to this Dr since I was young but I'm thinking of changing doctors due to wait time. .
Kimmy and Marbel are so easy going and have the heart to help during any inconvenient timing and appointments that works. While recently Dr.Dyoco "daughter Orlean" has been picking up phone calls and making appointment. Her attitude is not friendly at all and if you told her you can't do afternoon she'll say "we only do afternoon" if I told her I can't do Monday. She will tell me Monday is my only option and that I need to figure out my own situation .....I will be changing Drs now for how poorly the new receptionist and that they do half days now a days
I honestly loveeeeeeee the beautiful counter lady (mis kim) oh my goshhhh I never met someone so sweet, dedicated, and hardworking ever in my life. She does so much work around the place and plays many roles!! She's a nurse and cleans all the rooms by her self omg!!! And she takes care of the patients making sure their comfortable and she keeps track of all the faces that come in the office she basically organize everything. I been going there just because I just love seeing her and talking to her she really makes me feel comfortable. The cons I have for the place is that there is 3 people in there and it's still kinda slow I don't blame Kim she's had a lot on her plate I just feel like she could use a vacation and a biggggg raise people like that don't come around often. Also she's really good at taking shots it doesn't hurt as much as the other doctors I been to .
The wait to be seen is super long. In addition, they never pick up their phone. You're lucky if they picked up their phone which is once in a long while. I've been calling for a whole week now to get some medical reports transfer to my son's new pediatrician and it only goes straight to voicemail. Extremely poor customer service.
Love Kim the nurse practitioner. Dr dyoco is friendly striaght to the point. Never a long wait. Some ppl just come late. Love him.
Long wait. Doctor wears mask all the time (scares children and makes it hard to understand him). You can pretty much count on being referred to hospital for x-rays and blood work no matter what.
Very friendly staff
Very small office, which is great because he was never super busy. Dr always wears a face mask. I felt uncomfortable, I can only imagine how my child felt. During 2 separate visits, the MA told me 3 separate times that my child's reactions to Dr's are because he's a spoiled only child. Can we say out of line? She knows nothing about us, to be able to judge our parenting. The Dr let's his MA do all of his talking. Wondering if he even speaks English?
I have been taking my three children to Dyoco for about three years now. Since their other doctor retired right before my third was born, he was last resort. His office is highly unorganized with a sheet in place of a doorway for files...which are stuffed in boxes. On more than one occasion I had to take my kids to an emergency room for better opinions. He is unclear in his speach and shows irritation when you have to ask him to repeat himself. His diagnoses are unexplained and when asked for clarity, he seems put out. I am finding a new doctor immediately and I cannot believe I gave him the benefit of the doubt for so long.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
