Prahalad Jajodia's Online Review Report Card

My primary care provider referred me to this facility, and I’m told to wait a week or two before hearing from somebody to schedule an appointment. No problem. I get a letter in the mail stating that this clinic has received my referral, and to give them a call for scheduling. I call the clinic on Thursday 12/15/22 around noon, speak to somebody on the phone (she was nice, I’ll give her that), and she informs me that they haven’t received my referral. I let her know what the letter had said, and she said it was possibly an error, and to call my PCP referrals department to have them re-fax my referral. I immediately do just that. They re-fax my referral over, so I call this clinic back again to let them know it’s been sent, and to schedule my consult appointment. I get no answer. I call again, and again, and again, SEVEN TIMES, and no answer. I give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re busy, so I leave a detailed voicemail so that way they can get their ducks in a row before calling me back. Well I receive no call back. So the following day, Friday 12/16/22, I called again twice. No answer. I decide I’m going to call them back later in the after, assuming they’re just busy. Shortly after, while on the phone with my aunt, she decides to call the office and put us on a 3-way call. Would you look at that, THEY ANSWER HER ON THE FIRST TRY. I’m so mad I hang up. My aunt calls me back 2 minutes later to tell me this office said they can’t see me because they don’t accept my insurance. That’s totally fine, I understand insurance coverages, but WHY CAN’T YOU TELL ME THAT? Why did a relative of mine have to call in order for y’all to answer? Why ignore my calls when this could have been a very short, very simple conversation. That’s ridiculous. I’m a very patient person, and I am more than understanding, but this is just bad business through and through. I later look up this doctor and see all of the negative reviews. Now I’m glad I can’t be seen here. This place needs a serious overhaul, because this is pathetic.

I have to admit that at first I was a little hesitant of coming to this doctor, based on reviews but the doctor/nurses/anesthesiologist were excellent! Yes the wait is a little long but these people are awesome, attentive and professional. Never judge a book by its cover 🙌🏽

Es lo peor q ahy te asen esperas 3 para q entres mas 3 horas para ponerte suero y otras 2 horas para salir en total 8 horas para un tratamiento q dura 45 minutos es lo peor q ahy no lo recomiendo 😡

Dr J is by far the best gastroenterologist in Fresno ! Caring, Kind, Compassionate and dedicated to the patients overall well being. I have had the pleasure of knowing this Dr for over 3 yrs. and his level of compassion is immeasurable. The office staff is knowable and considerate. If for any reason you don't experience the best care ever ask for Catherine Billing Director , she will make sure you are happy. I would not trust anyone but this Dr for my families gastrointestinal needs

Honestly saved my life I spent 2 years Ill and nothing was helping and I was only getting worse no doctor would believe me and told me it was all in my head eventually my doctor referred me and they took me seriously and were able to diagnose me in a few months! I had my surgery that saved my life I’m forever grateful!

This isn't even a real GI. I'm a UCSF patient seeking a more local GI to handle routine stuff. First off they don't offer half of the services you'd expect from a GI. When I had my appointment the doctor never even came in, just a nurse. I find not seeing the person I had my appointment with highly unprofessional, and after telling me they couldn't do anything I needed they tried to get me to transfer my care to them (what a joke) and when I wouldn't do that they tried to sell me some "digestive enzymes" which in my years as a patient at prestigious research hospitals I've never heard brought up once. Snake oil salesman that I don't understand how they maintain an MD. State board is slacking.

I have been going to him for years and am very satisfied!!! He has a wonderful bedside manner. He asks a lot of questions and discusses thw answers. His work is good. His front office is friendly and very capable. I like his office location.
