List of Premium Urgent Care's Reviews
Had such a horrible experience here. Literally left crying myself as a mother. The provider we got did not help us what so ever. My baby was very sick and was crying for nearly 3 hours straight before taking her in because of the pain and uncomfortable feeling she was having. The provider did not help AT ALL. She refused to look at my baby because of how much my baby was crying and suggested us to go to the hospital. But had no reasoning behind it since she did not check my daughter AT ALL. She just stood there and stared at my daughter crying and sent us away pretty much. As soon as the provider walked out of the room I just began crying because as a parent you already feel helpless as it is when ur baby is not well and to have a doctor leave you feeling even more helpless was such a terrible feeling I wish I never experience again. We went across the street to Saint Agnes urgent care (which I HIGHLY recommend) and they helped my daughter right away and found out what was wrong with her. So if you are a parent questioning to take your child here please do not waste yours or your sick child’s time coming here. I will NEVER return here and will let fellow parents know my experience so they do not have an encounter like mine.
In and out in less than 30 minutes! Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Thanks to the team for speedy quality care!
The doctor there are very nice but the front desk lady's and the one answering the phones are so rude the don't have no kindness on there talk my daughter call them to check on there medicine and it was terrible answer and the the lab court also call for and info that they need it and even the doctor there say omg there so rude pls change that staff or show the how to be polite thank you
This urgent care has amazing doctors and provide great services for the most part, however I was really disappointed when I went in for a work related blood test and couldn’t revive my results because the nursing staff failed to give me an exact time of when I should’ve been there. In the end I not only wasted both my time and money due to such incompetence, but am now in a tight position with my job as I needed it the following day. I returned 2-3 days later like I was told thinking I could go at any time during those days, but couldn’t get my results read as I it turns out I had to be there exactly between 48-72 at the time I took it, which they did not tell me. Not only could I not get my results, but it took 20 minutes for them to tell me I couldn’t get my test read even after knowing why I was there. I will not be returning because I don’t need that kind of incompetence interfering with my life/plans. Though I sincerely hope they do better with future patients, especially regarding matters like mine!
Came to this urgent care because it showed it had the best reviews but as I am now being seen as a patient I’m concerned about who gave them good reviews. I walked in and was told to register on line which I did. I informed them I was Covid positive and it didn’t seem like a big deal to them as they just told me to have a seat in a waiting room full of people that included infants. Ive been sitting here since 1:30pm. My grandson gets called back and I proceeded to follow him and my daughter to the back. Only to be told I couldn’t because they need to get my chart which they haven’t received yet. I explained we were here Together and had the same symptoms. I Still got told to wait. At 2:15 I was called up to the front desk and asked why I didn’t tell them I was registered and waiting. I explained that i did but there’s no proving them wrong at this point. So now they are acting rude. Im hoping that the Dr is much different than the front office. I finally get called back at 3:10 and dr didn’t come in till 3:34. To my big surprise she was very nice and apologetic for how long I waited but did not want to give me any Covid medicine due to I’ve been sick for 5 days already.
My sister came here from Tennessee and got Covid as so did I. The doctors at PUC gave us exactly what we needed and now we are all well and she is able to fly home with peace of mind! I highly recommend this group and thank them for being so caring!
I’ve come here 2x and have had fast painless and friendly experiences. I come across town to get seen here. They also accept my insurance.
I see they have good reviews for in person visits but even over the phone staff should keep in mind they work in a medical setting so if someone calls to ask if they offer a certain service they shouldn’t be spoken to rudely or condescendingly it’s unprofessional and discouraging
I do not understand the reasoning behind “patient only”, it is 2024, not 2020. I think it is more then safe to join your significant other when it come to being looked at by the doctor. Plus the office is big enough for two. Just saying.
Great job Nurse Rajdeep you took care of me fast and got my X-ray ordered quickly the girls at the front desk have great service as well 😊👍🏼

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
