Raymond Miranda's Online Review Report Card

We had nothing but the worst experience here. We had to completely go out on our own to get our son the help he needed. It only prolonged treatment & care. Would not recommend to anyone.

I love Dr. Miranda. He’s soo patient and understanding with all his patients. BUT I cant comprehend how they’re always scheduled out yet they don’t make appointments going out a week for sick kids. I called today and wanted to schedule an appointment for my daughter who has pink eye. The receptionist told me to take her to urgent care because their scheduled out. Not sure what the point of having a Dr if their always telling you to go to another facility (urgent care/hospital emergency.

Requires telemedicine visits before coming in sometimes now, sometimes hard to get an appointment any more somewhat unorganized. Sometimes now it is easier to just either go out to childrens or urgent care for help with things that need care asap... The front staff depending on who you get is outstanding or rude. You can tell who's better at working with parents and processes. Miranda can be great at listening to concerns but sometimes will make you feel like your voice is invalid which wasnt always the case. Covid changed things and it sucks..

If I could give less than a star I would, doctor is booked out until October, don't bother calling they don't answer their phones at all

I just got off the phone with Laura. Very rude and rushed me to take my daughters anywhere else but to there. They havent seen my children in over 2 years except on the phone. I am very concern that multiple Dr keep seeing my children and not her same Dr. They refuse to see my children and keep telling me I need to take them to Emergency room for something that they should see them for. I had to hang up on Laura which is something I do not normally do. But she was not even listening to my concern It's very sad I am switching Dr as of today ubecause there office staff will not show any kind of concern for there patients.

The worst pediatrics I’ve been to.. I went there as a kid and it was great when dr.Miranda was actually there in the office. I’ve called everyday for a week and was was on the line for 45 min each time no one ever answers there phone. Went in for my daughters first shots and they made me wait till she was two months to get them. Waited in the back room on the doctor for 3 hours at her two month apt. Took my son in for a physical, mention that he was messing with his ear and was told he was fine. Not even a day later we were in urgent care because my sons ear was swollen and so badly infected.

Every since they have moved offices I can no longer get threw anyone . I leave voicemails & I still never get a call back . Then they try to hit you with a no fee nope sorry I called and left a voicemail get your staff to answer the phones

Laura the receptionist is very rude. How dows my kids have a pediactric dr and Laura takes it upon herself to make or not make appointments for kids to be seen. And she suggests to take my kids ro e.r. or urgent care. And she suggest for me to go to change Dr so i will. Thank you Laura

Worst childrens Dr Ever !!! My child was in discomfort pain had appointment canceled fot a random reason and all he was worried about was a staff member Named Laura Ive tried getting a follow-up appointment for 4 days and Laura has told me 3 different reasons why My child couldn’t be seen & when I questioned her She was rude, inconsiderate the Worse of the Worse especially knowing a Child is in pain & Then Dr Miranda Calls and is only worried about Laura not one sake of the child!!!!!! Been going there for 7 years and probably only seen him four times anyways !!!! Terrible, Rude & Can care less for the Children!!!!

If you need to have you baby seen they will not see them, not sure what kind of a doctors office won’t see sick kids or babies but it’s absurd. Take your children elsewhere where someone actually cares!
