List of Richard Jones's Reviews
Dr. Jones is the best doctor there is. We had to go to a different doctor while we lived up north for 2 years. It was the difference of night and day. Doctor Jones could tell what was wrong right away. No guessing! His caring, love and concern for the children is very evident!! I am so thankful he was there for my children!!
Dr Jones is absolutely amazing and I can’t say enough about him. He is totally about the care of children, he gets down on their level and talks to them and my son loves the candy worms he gets at the end. I would strongly recommend bringing your children here.
Very knowledgeable and will even treat me when I bring my kids in sick!
My kids went to Dr Jones years ago. I have a grandson now who sees Dr Jones. I can tell you he is the most caring pediatrician there ever was…. One time when my son was 4 years old, faked a sore throat to go see Dr Jones! Before the Dr came in the room my son confessed he didn’t have a sore throat at all but missed Dr Jones and loves him. My son had asthma and we were there a lot but for a period of time my son wasn’t sick and so we hadn’t gone in for an appointment. I am thanking you Dr Jones 35 years later….
I am sitting in my daughter's room… going over many memories in my mind, while she is at school and she is a senior at Bullard High. I remember the day in the delivery room, over 17 years ago, when Doctor Jones presented her to myself and my husband, Jim,. Doctor Jones picked her 'gooey' little self up and formed her hair into a mohawk and I could not have smiled bigger at that adorable baby 💟 Doctor Jones is funny, he is carrying, he is sensitive, he is educated, he is professional , he is human , and he has medical experience from all over the world , literally. I , 100% , put my faith in him for Joanne's health. I can't ever think of not seeing him for her and one of these days we're going to have to break away. But, probably still show up at his front door or text him !!! God gives you blessings and Doctor Jones is one huge one in our life here on Earth💙💙💙
Dr Jones is awesome! He cared for my kids when they were children and now cares for my grandchildren! I LOVE how understanding he is and how he teaches (new parents) you at the same time. He has you look in the ears/throat etc to see what he sees, while entertaining the kids at the same time. You can almost always get a appt on same day if needed and most important the kids LOVE him!
The staff is amazing and Dr. Jones is, in our humble opinion, an angel on earth. Both my wife and I went to Dr. Jones as children and all of our children are blessed to call him their doctor as well. The experience with Dr. Jones is hard to describe because his care for our children is remarkable. We have full trust in him because of how he has taken care of our families for decades.
Dr. Jones is AMAZING!
I tried to get my kids established with this office. After originally being told that they would not require my full social security number, but only the last 4 digits, they changed their mind halfway through the process of getting my kids registered with them. This is entirely outdated practice - doctors should not *require* the SSN. While it may be convenient for them to have it for identification reasons, there are other ways to identify that someone is who they say they are, and in fact anyone could walk in there with a fake SSN anyway. When I asked for the office manager to call me back, the person on the phone put the onus on me and said "just call back on Wednesday of next week because we're too busy Monday and Tuesday because of the long weekend." WHAT??? Too busy to accept new patients, too busy to answer the phone after I've been trying to get established for like 2 months now?? Nah.... I'll find another practice. Too bad, too, because Dr. Jones was my pediatrician when I was a kid. Was hoping to bring a 2nd generation there. Oh well. I guess loyalty doesn't matter here.
I would like to get a copy of your book.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
