Roger Jason Gong's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gong is wonderful and extremely helpful. I have had some medical issues and he always answers questions promptly on line (even on the weekends and after hours). He also calls you back himself if you get results or call the office with a question. Cannot say enough about the trust and appreciation I have for him.

So awful. He doesnt care about his patients well being. Please if you can choose any other "Dr", do so. You'll regret choosing this person. He really needs to be reported and have his license taken for malpractice/negligence.

My girlfriends mother is a patient with Dr. Gong and has been for many years. My girlfriend and I have been noticing her aging mother starting to show signs of some kind of mental health problem. Her mother has been very adamant about her being totally normal and fine and refused options to get her help. As a last resort my girlfriend attempted to get a hold of Dr. Gong. She told him all the accompanying incidents and behaviors and begged for help. Dr. Gong refused to look into his patients well being because apparently she has been saying untruthful things about her daughter and I. So instead of being a good doctor, one who doesn't form biases, he refused to help his patients daughter and by doing so refused to look in on his patients well being as she continues to suffer. Definitely not a Doctor I can recommend to anybody. If you read this Dr. I hope you can realize the error of your ways and choose to handle your chosen profession professionally in the future.

I recommend Dr Gong every chance I get. He is bright, up on the latest info and procedures. I have full confidence in him as a doctor. He is never rushed in meeting with me.

Dr Gong is always willing listen. He provides excellent care, runs on time, is available when you need him. I have an easy time communicating with him.

Dr. Gong is the only doctor I know that will return a phone call HIMSELF and he will do it the SAME day you call. He's really great about that. I've even left a message for the nurse and he calls back. His assistant Sherry is wonderful too. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A great team!Also have to mention their lab techs..... without a doubt the BEST when it comes to drawing blood. Other places have had to stick me 4 or 5 times but at LQMG they have no trouble drawing blood the first time, and it's painless. I can't say enought great things about them.

Dr. Gong is a doctor that goes the extra step for his patients. My husband, oldest son and I go to him, as well as my sister and her husband. I will be moving my tow younger boys to him as they have" out grown" their pediatrian.Dr. Gong always listen carefully to what you have to say. He has always been flexable and interested in my "involved" health history. Recently I spoke to him about a possible referral to a specialist in Davis and he and his staff compiled forty pages of my health records to forward on. He is the first doctor I have ever had who contacts me at home. Instead of putting it off on his nurse or staff he does the majority of his phone calls. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
