If you value your life and your health or the life and health of a loved one, PLEASE do not go here. Specifically with Dr. Borno. According to this facility and the doctors, NP and staff, my moms heart was just fine. No problem all the test results came back just fine. 1 week later my mom is in the hospital diagnosed with CHF. (PS CHF doesn’t develop in just 1 week). We went in again, spoke to the NP and raised hell. Looked over my moms paperwork at the hospital and testing as well as what they conducted in their office. Nope she’s fine. No CHF, hospital doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Weeks later my mom is in the hospital again hospitalized for a week and diagnosed again with CHF. Requested to be sent to another cardiologist. New cardiologist found so many things wrong with her heart after performing the exact same tests this facility conducted. So glad my mom is seeing a real cardiologist and getting the care she desperately needs.

Today, 09/09/2022 8:30 a.m. I was scheduled for a SE. I arrived on time for appt. The medical assistant had a problem finding my schedyuled appt. after giving her my DOB three times. A second medical assistant came to assist the first. Then the scheduler got involved. After the third assistant looked into the computer she went to the back and out comes a FOURTH person to tell me my appointment was canceled because my insurance denied the procedure. The procedure WAS denied, then it was approved. I did received both the denial & the approval. I made this fact known. Then the FOURTH person tells me she called to tell me my appointment was canceled and that she had spoken to me by phone to notify me. I NEVER received the call and made her aware of this. The 4th person told me "it was in her notes". This was NOT TRUE, NO CALL WAS EVER RECEIVED & I NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE ABOUT THE PROCEDURE BEING CANCELLED. FOURTH person tried giving me another appointment. I told her I didn't want ANY appointment. Unfortunately I didnt get to meet with Dr. Borno. I have no need to be treated in this manner by the office staff. I don't understand how this can happen and get away with this type of treatment??????

My husband, William (Bill) Phelps thought the sun rose and set in Dr Borno. This doctor saved his life more than once. The doctor was always thoughtful and considerate of and to him. I truly want to thank him for his care!

Hardly ever see the dr. Usually Nancy, a n.p. treats the symptoms with more meds, never finds the reason for my problem, says everything ok! Who to go to??

Dr. Borno and his NP are amazing. The office staff on the other hand are HORRIBLE. They are rude, condescending and unable to adequately perform even the simplest of tasks. I have now requested records to be sent 6 times to another Dr's office, twice they were wrong, 4 times they have chosen to not return the phone call, they have ignored a fax request and phone call from the requesting MD. It is truly pathetic, I would love to know what rock they found these people under, perhaps they could use to be reeducated and retaught basic skills.

On one visit I asked if they could run an aldosterone (ALD) test? This test measures the amount of aldosterone (ALD) in your blood or urine. ALD is a hormone made by your adrenal glands, two small glands located above the kidneys. ALD helps control blood pressure and maintain healthy levels of sodium and potassium. They told me the aldosterone had nothing to do with blood pressure. When I showed them documentation that it did they told me they would put me on the medicine for treating this condition without running the test. Another doctor told me they would never put someone on this medicine without running a test. I was tested and it was determined I did not need the medicine. On the next visit I asked Dr Borno if he could explain why I had high blood pressure. He laughted and said "your old and when you get older your blood pressure goes up". He said if my blood pressure got too bad to get a bottle of wine. Not going back !

I received contradicting results on test and diagnosis.

He's got a lady Nurse Practitioner that helped my parent's BP levels to regulate after a small stroke. Thank you Ms. Nurse Practitioner for your superb patient care. Blessings on you.

He is not always available but his staff is excellent and took me through all of the necessary procedures before surgery. No complaints
