We really like Dr Ward. She always take time to answer all of out questions. We actually met her at St Agnes when our baby was born. We really liked her. She’s a great pediatrician!

The receptionist seem like they never have it together. I always got to stay on top of them about forms that need to be filled out. They’ve lost plenty of my daughters paperwork and they have poor communication. I have no problems with the doctors or nurses here but the receptionist are the main problem here. Honestly don’t waste your time please go find a more organized office

My kids used to see Dr Zahid when she worked in Hanford and we followed her to this office. She is truly a fantastic doctor. She's amazing with all 3 of my kids and knows how to make them feel comfortable. The staff was also very helpful in scheduling the appointments. I have to drive an hour to come here but it is so worth it.

The level of professionalism has deteoriated here, especially on the phones. This used to be a really great office to take your children to but it's not anymore. First of all my little brother and son were diagnosed with two different skin conditions. One physician said warts and another physician said it was molloscum they both have the same skin condition and I've received two different diagnoses from the same office, so which one is it? Depends on who you see and this should not be the case. Secondly, talking to the front desk receptionist is irritating because I'll ask a specific question on what the doctor recommends and the lady then replied "well if it was me I would....." ok lady I wasn't asking you about your personal opinion I'm asking for the opinion of the doctors in the office, you are not qualified as a receptionist to give me your opinion about what you think is best. I called specifically to receive the opinion of the on call doctor and it's your job to transfer me to the on call doctor not speculate on what you would do.

Amazing staff!! The girls are so accommodating when it comes to scheduling. All staff is very friendly and patient my kids love it

Dr. Zahid always does an amazing job and is super friendly. You can tell she really cares about her patients and she always makes sure to address any concerns I have. The staff is also very friendly. The office is also very clean.

It was hard to find a new doctor, since my daughters Dr retired, I found Sky Pediatric no regrets what so ever, they scheduled my daughter on a timely fashion, Dr & staff are so nice. I like the fact you can see everything on portal. I highly recommend!

I have always had a wonderful experience with sky park. Their staff if always attentive to everything that is going on. Sometimes there is a wait but it is understandable. Everywhere there is going to be a wait. I appreciate the attention that my child gets every time we come. Found my forever doctor thanks to sky park !

They never answer the phones constantly on hold this office went downhill the past few years.

The back staff such as the medical assistants and DRs get a 5 star. They are great with my boys especially my autistic son. The front staff and manager Jenny are 0 and run the office as a MILL just wanting to get pts in and out not caring about follow up appointments, very important paper work that is needed for families (that we submit), and how they talk to families. I’ve heard them be extremely rude to families and have even tried to make it seem as if my concerns for my children are not important. They NEVER answer the phone and NEVER return calls back after voice mails have been left with the practice but have every single excuse as to why it has not been done. Yesterday the receptionist Brenda told me that she didn’t know how to read request that were sent to them regarding my sons physical therapy that was needed after he broke his ankle (also the referral NEVER sent). They have scheduled me on days the office is closed and I did not even receive an apology from either staff or management just a “well do you want to reschedule?” This place is horrible and although I love my sons drs I will be continuing their care in such a horribly ran establishment if I wanted my children to be treated like animals I would take them to the zoo. UPDATE: I have formally filed a complaint with valley children relations. Every time I have called they have mentioned that the manager is “on her way out so you won’t be seeing her face there any longer” Stephanie the director is as well as a joke because I have called her and left her messages multiple times all in a week time frame and no call back. Do not take your children here ! Stay. far away! It was a even a fight to get my sons stitches removed even after the doctor from valley childrens said he wanted them off after a week the front staff was trying to schedule him days earlier. Do not take the no calls/returned messages as a answer advocate for your children if you unfortunately have to have this office as primary care but please find health care at another physicians office !
