After moving to Fresno from Sacramento my wife and I needed a Primary Physician. We selected Dr. Khandelwal and couldn't be more pleased. Professional, attentive and informative. Not hesitant to refer to other specialists when needed and does her best to see you in a timely fashion.

I was reassured by this office and the referral coordinator, Nina, that UCSF neurology received my referral. After six months of waiting, I contacted Nina who once again reassured me that she had sent out the referral. When I directly spoke with UCSF neurology, they told me that they had sent out a letter requesting more information but did not hear back from this office, and now, I would have to start the process all over again. Instead of an apology, Nina tried to shift responsibility onto me.

Dr khandelwal was excellent and attentive. She asked me many questions and was not pushy when it came to treatment, instead asking what my preferences are after educating me on treatment options.

My few encounters with Dr. Khandelwal have been well received. She listens well, answers questions without hesitation and communicates at a very understandable level of comprehension for me. As time goes by I believe she and I will work well together in maintaining my health needs. I have recommended her twice to ladies looking for a physician. I sincerely hope Dr. Khandelwal finds Fresno a place to stay so I do not have to search again for a physician who fits into my liking.
