Arrogant, Not helpful, caring or trustworthy. Did not listen or even acknowledge me as a patient or my opinions and fears. Never answered any questions. Never called back even after he assured me that I could call him directly with any questions. Had no idea about the disease I have. In fact had contrary opinions than all research I found. No referrals for any kind of assistance. Would talk over me when I tried to ask questions. Jumped to conclusions without hearing what I was saying to him. Staff was horrible, rude, arrogant and lazy.
