My appointment was at 2:50. The doctor came into the exam room at 4:03. Not being Dr Taylor-Backs fault it was still very frustrating for me. Need time/ patience correspondence.

Dr. Taylor took her time to investigate my problem. I was seen as an emergency patient and in no way did she rush my care, explained what was pertinent, etc.

I had to be R/S to her because my favorite Dr. Mendoza was unavailable but I was not disappointed. She was thorough and skilled. I will still see Dr. Mendoza but she will always come be the one if he isn’t available.

Waiting with a toddler is not fun. Having us move from room to room does not help. In addition, I felt like they were frustrated with me and my toddler when he wouldn’t cooperate. After two hours of waiting and moving us from a waiting room to room and back to a waiting room, I already knew it was a waste of my time. There would be no way for my toddler to cooperate. I even had him nap before coming so he’d be in a good mood. Unfortunately, two hours later, he was ready to go. I even got son’s eyes dilated, but they could not get a look at them at all. We were told to reschedule for another 3 months. We will be canceling it because it just isn’t worth the time and I felt they aren’t able to work with toddlers. Will have to look elsewhere.
