Absolutely worst customer service and bedside manner. Also seems like they have no idea what they are talking about, took BOTH of my insurance cards for my daughter to keep on file and then said bc she's not added, can't see her. Then she gets added and ALL OF A SUDDEN they do not take state medical (medicaid). DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE as your doctor. Healthcare system is trash anyways.

I went to Dr. Thampy for lip fillers, and I was amazed with the results! Explains the before and after care of the procedure. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Thampy is patient and caring. We are fortunate to have found such a great doctor for our son.

Dr. Anila Thampy is the best pediatrician my husband and I have come across. She is patient, extremely knowledgable, and goes above and beyond to make sure that our questions were answered. She took the time to listen to our concerns about our daughter and worked with us personally until all of our concerns were resolved. Even after we had to switch our insurance, Dr. Thampy was able to assist us with getting our daughter's ears pierced and was even able to help me remove an old earring of mine that I was not able to take off on my own. She truly treats you like you are the most important patient she sees and would recommend her time and time again.

Fran has been such a sweetheart! She gives the best advice, listens to our concerns. She’s knowledgeable in all aspects which we loved. From day one we loved her, she came and saw us several times at the hospital. We love the fact that she knows all details that has to do with our son. The staff at the office are sweet and very respectful. I highly recommend this office

I had taken my daughter with Dr Thampy a few years back. Due to changes in my insurance, I decided to go with another Dr. Recently, I contacted her office to reestablish my daughter as a new patient since it has been more than 2 yrs. When I called they asked for her information and proof of her current insurance, so I emailed it and they were suppose to call me back and they never did. I then called again a week later and again were suppose to call me back and again they didn't. Well 3 weeks after the initial contact, I called again and spoke with another front desk person who was not helpful and transferred me to someone else. I then spoke with Stephanie, and I again had to explain that all I wanted to do was establish new patient for my daughter and that no one has called me back. She said she would run it by the office manager and call me back. I did ask her, if she was indeed going to return my call because I keep being told but no one ever calls me back. Yes at this point I am frustrated because I just want my daughter to be seen. Stephanie did call me back to tell me that they cannot take her as a patient because she left and can not come back. No reason as to why All she said was because of their policy. Also that her charts have been boxed and taken "downstairs" and they no longer have access to them. I have never heard of a Dr's office not taking new patients because they left. Especially for insurance reasons. So, because they don't call anyone back, and dont seem to know what they are doing at the front desk. This is definitely not the Dr office I would want to handle my daughter's charts and medical records anyway.

As a first time mom I want the upmost care for my son but that’s exactly what this entire practice has not shown him or my family. I called to schedule an emergency appointment because my son had a very high fever among a few other symptoms and was promised I’d at least get a call back from Dr. Thampy. I waited a few hours and nothing so I called again and was told she was very busy and again she would give me a call. The day is over and no call and no appointment. The next day I call again same receptionist Angie said she would text Dr. Thampy right away and she usually responds very quickly. I finally received a call and was feeling hopeful seeing my son was still running a temperature with the same symptoms but to only find out that she wanted to “confirm” my phone number so I then asked if Dr. Thampy got my messages about my son and her response was “just to give him Tylenol” and I was still promised at least a call back. Again the day is done no call or appointment. My son is 2 and like I said I’m a first time mom and was very very concerned about him. It literally says online as I looked up his symptoms if you are concerned about your child call their Dr. right away and this is what we got. I figured because it was close to the weekend they just didn’t care. I get it my son isn’t the only sick child in this world but he was also a sick child who deserved to be cared for as this whole practice clearly does not. We also had an appointment a few months back and waited in the room for over 2 hours as you know for a 2 year old is not very easy but that’s a whole other story. My son deserves better and we will be on the search for people with sense of urgency and who care.

Dr Thampy’s office is amazing! The admin staff is kind and accommodating and Tiffany is the absolute best- she greets us by name and is always happy to help! I feel so safe with my kids in the care of Dr. Thampy and Fran. They are thorough, comprehensive and really know their stuff! I highly recommend this office!

My niece has been a patient of Dr. Thampy’s since her very first doc appointment. She’s 16 now and Dr. Thampy is still going strong. She has since become my daughter’s doctor and I have always wanted it that way. My niece has always had wonderful experiences with this office. Right along with Dr. Thampy, NP Fran is amazing. The whole office staff is amazing, actually. I’m very happy we have at least 1 doctor’s office that doesn’t treat their patients like a number. Thank you so much from all of your patients and parents for making stressful appointments easy peazy.
