I needed help with an elder friend and to get a sooner appointment than they could provide was referred to Dr. Trinh by UCSF in Fresno. I called the office and Veronica was very personable, professional, and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for us the next day. Upon arriving during COVID, we called to say we were there. I'd previously mentioned to Veronica the agitation my elder friend gets while waiting. The wait time was very minimal before going in and Dr. Trinh came in right away. A very mild mannered man, easily understood and doesn't speak fast...perfect for my elder friend. Dr. Trinh was very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt my friend was receiving very good care and would not hesitate to make the hour and 20 minute drive for additional care. I highly recommend Dr. Trinh's office for quality care. Thank you Dr. Trinh and Veronica for providing us with excellent service!
