Been with her for over a year I’ve never met her once it’s always a nurse practitioner,, my refills I called three times and still no response for my heart medication,, Never called back been waiting three days now

I had a phone appointment with Dr Rao on 1/6/23 as I had diarrhea and stomach pains for over a week she was going to refer me for a colonoscopy as soon as possible. One week later I received a call from Claudia about my referral from Dr Rao to a dermatologist not for my colonoscopy how the hell does a Dr make that kind of mistake

One of the best nurse practitioners worked at this location, he was very direct, professional and thorough. His name is Dennis Yam. However, since he left it was asked to leave, it has definitely gone down hill (they were not great before even during his stay, he made it much more tolerable). Rao is never in the office and I have never seen her before, before, during or after my visits—let alone talked to her. After Dennis left a doctor subbed in for her, she referred me to a urologist (after having already been diagnosed with a hernia). After a month of waiting, it was apparently on me to call around to find out what was occurring, I was never referred at all. This was not the first and last time this mix up occurred. After calling to complain I was hung up on and ignored and dismissed. The do no harm mantra that doctors swear by is seriously not on display, since she must allow her workers to do whatever they like (as if it’s Lord of the Flies) and all she comes in for is cosmetic issues, according to those in the know. You are being harmed by ignorance and a lack of concern or care, leading to much less optimal outcomes. I asked to leave and all my info was never sent over, and that was a hassle so I simply gave up. I’ve never had a place not care about me and my medical needs to this degree. Avoid this place like the plague. If I could give no stars, I would. Tldr: non caring staff, absentee doctor, high turnover of good staff and poor overall client interaction. Only go here if you have no other options and even then I’d say free clinics would be better.

Dr. Rao Uma office is the most welcoming staff. Her practitioner Dr. Danelle is so compassionate doctor ever, she take the time to hear about your medical condition or illness of your medical situation. She go to a limit to help or make sure she find a solution to help your medical condition. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I absolutely love my PCP Dr Rao. She takes the time to sit down and listen to her patients. She is very thorough with everything that needs to be ordered when going in for a problem. I would recommend any of my famiky to her.

In the referral process, paperwork is submitted by the primary care physician to a specialist, or imaging facility and also to the insurance carrier for prior authorization. Once all forms are in the works, the specialist office is responsible for communicating with the patient on status and appointments available. In this Covid-19 environment, specialists are limited or not taking appointments. Staffing downsizing with insurance operations is also a consideration. Unfortunately wait times have become considerably longer for our patients. We simply cannot control the actions of all other offices and personnel in day to day activities.

Wish there was a zero star rating. It's been three months since my appointment, and none of the three referrals have gone through yet. It's impossible to actually get a hold of anyone to get help. They clearly don't care enough to ensure quality care for their patients.

Not only that, but they're impossible to get a hold of. When I finally talk to an actual person, they treat me like I'm stupid. They clearly don't care about their patients.

worst doctor i have ever met...did not listen to a single word i had to say only cares about her med spa clients..was some backroom office she barely took a minute to even write 2 referrals and ordered labs and had zero concern for current problems..

I was very excited to see her from so many good reviews and word of mouth, however, she was horrible, took no time, judged me, no bedside manner. The fact that a plastic surgeon is a supervising physician presents Many conflicts of interest. I’m sure if I paid out of pocket for her Botox package she would have spent more time with me, and that is sad.
