United Health Centers - Fresno Milburn Ave's Online Review Report Card

So let me preference this with saying I see a Doctor here and he is amazing. Never been to the optical/pharmacy side of things as well, this is for their dental side. Came in as a walk in cause they have a dentist who works late on Mondays and with my work schedule, this works amazing. Went in and told them I needed an extraction due to a cracked tooth and don't want to save it. The receptionist did mention that they may or may not be able to do the extraction as the tooth may be to close to the nerve, and would have to refer the procedure out to a ortho-surgeon. Being perfectly fine with that I filled out the required forms, put my insurance on file and waited roughly an hour. I got brought into the examination room and was asked to rinse my mouth out with mouthwash, which hurts extremely bad but did it anyways. Sat down got my blood pressure taken and mentioned the extraction again and was told "We don't do extractions." When I told her the whole reason I was there was for an extraction I was then told "We don't do what the patient wants, it's up to the provider." So needless to say I left, when I asked the receptionist why she didn't just tell me they didn't do extractions I was met with a rather confused face and questions about what had been done and such. I asked for all the names of everyone who I had interacted with/seen my file I was told they don't give out that information, and that a manager would be contacting me tomorrow. So left in extreme pain still, and told they couldn't do anything till the next day when management was in. Go in at your own risk, since they won't listen to you as the patient either way.

Taking way to long they dont give a damn about you

I'm posting 1 star for this clinic, because management needs to take a look at how the nurse asistants and front staff who is helping with covid tests is treating the incoming patients. My mom stated she went to take a covid test, and the woman kept on telling her, stop looking at me, don't look at me, turn the other way, don't get close to me. My mom doesn't speak English and her test came back negative.. if the staff is being rude to patients and don't like your job, please quit your job and find another place to work.. Hispanics and older adults go to this facilities, I ask management to better teach the job and duties to their employees and to respect seniors and don't treat them like little kids.. Remember you will be treated the way you treat people.. Very rude staff, specially who ever was in charge of doing the covid tests today 7/22 at around 4pm..

Id give no stars if possible. They do absolutely NOTHING they just diagnose you and send you to the ER. Its a waste of time and money GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

Trash waisted hour of my time just to walk out because they wanted to force Covid test on my 4 year old nostrils for runny nose

Worse place to go to, ph service is really bad 1st call 800 # on hold good 45 to 1 hr then they transfer to milburn office another 45 min hold then they answer the ph they ask u can u hold 1 line ahead of you another 55 min hold, half of your life is gone holding for them, worse place, not good service at all

They can run every lab test on you. Tell you that everything came back off or high... But they can't say what's wrong with you. And will not take measures to treat anything effectively. They love passing you off to irrelevant specialists. Before finding out the problem themselves. Only after you've wasted two months to find out. They literally sent you to the wrong freaking specialists. The doctors look at me and say I'm young and am healthier than a baby as far as they can see. Right. After I've had to go to the ER dozens of times due to absolutely horrendous care by these people. Now my freaking insurance won't cover my bills because of all this insanity. The medical providers here are really a piece of work. Avoid at all costs.

Every single appointment here with Hardeep is horrible. I have tried to be patient with her but she’s just not professional at all and doesn’t have any medical knowledge whatsoever. All she does is assume and she doesn’t go off based on your results. I have to read the results on my own and tell her what to prescribe me. Can you believe it? Don’t waste your time with her please.
