The staff were welcoming. I appreciated that l all the insurance issues were taken care of before I arrived. The technician was quite aware friendly and supportive. He took time to ensure I was comfortable with what was to happen. My scan took about 45 minutes. I appreciated that the technician checked with me several times, telling me how much longer the scan would take and checking on my comfort. Once the exam was completed the technician told me the next steps and how long it would take for my oncologist to get the results.I recommend allowing time to find the building and then finding the exam suite. The building is tucked away in a complex of several office buildings and I found it a bit hard to locate even using Google Maps. Once I got to the building I found there was little signage. On the good side, there was convenient parking.

Valley Metabolic Imaging is a great place to get a PET scan. The staff is friendly and patient. They do a good job communicating and keep you posted on important information about your testing. The tech is very friendly and calm. He explains everything and makes sure you are comfortable.

It was the most serene and best place I have ever been in my life Beng i believe was his name i went there on Nov 23 2021 this man made me so comfortable and relaxed i suffer from severe anxiety and not once did i feel anything but complete peacefulness and extreme trust from the beginning to end of my PetScan thank you so so much i will always be coming here never have been treated so perfect at any facility as this place what a angel you are thank you Beng I hope im spelling your name correct we need more people like you ❤

I was made to feel comfortable by the office staff, who were very efficient and friendly. Benge ushered me into the room where he tested my blood and the put in the radioactive material, all the while carrying on a relaxed conversation with me. After he made me cozy in the recliner with a warm blanket the hour passed with a couple of naps. As he arranged me for the tube I felt apprehensive, considering my mild claustrophobia, but he was reassuring and calmed me down. His frequent inquiries, “are you doing ok?” Put me at better ease and the hour and 15 minutes passed during a wonderful prayer time on my part. I was concerned about this test, but it is over with some great assurances and lots of the nurture I must have needed. Thank you, Valley Metabolic Imaging, and especially Benge.
