Overall, the 5-star rating is applicable. Good people doing a professional job looking after patients' skin issues. If there was a complaint, it would be the small size of the waiting room.

Referred to this office by another dermatologist that doesn't do different skin cancer procedures. Dr Robert's was informative and explained all of my options in detail. Scheduled for the mohs procedure in a few weeks.

Dr. Storey and all of the staff (front office and back office) were great during my procedure for basel cell carcinoma removal. It was never painful, just a little uncomfortable a couple of times. I will kept informed throughout the time I was in the office. My suture removal took 10 minutes and I was given scar care instructions for the healing process.

I made an appointment to see the doctor I wanted and I waited two weeks and I was only able to see the nurse practitioner that seemed like he just ran me in and rushed me out. Check me real quick and I have been waiting over 10 days now and I still haven’t gotten my results back so kind of disappointed and where Dolly skin Institute has gone. A little like to have seen the doctor that did my last surgery on my face because I really depend on her honest opinion, but this is the way it’s gonna be handled in the front desk. People were very disorganized. I will maybe go to To a different clinic

I’d leave ZERO STARS if I could, it’s impossible to even schedule an appointment. I’ve left 3 messages 2 with scheduling and 1 with the office manager, with no return call to even get me scheduled! I’ll guess I’ll go elsewhere! Extremely disappointed!!
