The staff is friendly to you while waiting, which wasn't long. They also send reminders about your appointment via SMS which is helpful. The biggest detractor is the doctor. He wasn't very friendly or helpful when asked questions about my injury.

Valley Vascular is a highly professional medical group. Dr. O’Banion is an excellent clinician; she effectively explained my vascular issues and prescribed a strong medical plan. As a surgeon, Dr. O’Banion is extremely skilled, which together with the very professional medical assistants and support staff, makes me feel confident and thankful that I am receiving the best medical care.

This past year has been quite stressful for me. I’ve had two fairly serious episodes of upper GI bleeding and each time I reached out to you for help, I’ve gotten it. It was God sent and I will not forget it. I felt like a scared little boy and you protected me. Thank yoI ❤️❤️

Dr Kraft’s office made the appointment for me, Valley Vascular then call me to confirm.office staff is very friendly and helpful.we arrived early and actually got in early, what a concept! The technician was friendly and answered all the questions that she was allowed to answer.good experience over all.

We arrived 30 minutes early and only waited 15 minutes. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The back staff were great, we loved Dr. Prentice and her nurse. She took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. We left feeling so much better. And it was so refreshing to be in a office that is professional and friendly and made the whole experience so nice, you don't get to many of these offices very often now adays.

I have been going here over a year for various procedures on my leg varicose veins. Dr. Fong is very competent and has a good rapport with me. He's pretty easy going. The work he has done really helped with the fluid buildup in the bottom of my legs I have due to heart issues. I have not had a bad experience here with the staff as someone else had commented. They are nice and patient. And I have been to many medical offices, so I know the difference.
