HORRIBLE!!!! After my Endoscopy and colonoscopy I had stomach cramps for weeks still do. I called and left messages every single day for 5 weeks because NO ONE answers the phone at this office. The girl I finally spoke to was Christine her response was "oh yea I got your messages" you didn't think to call me back?? I received a call over a month ago from the Nurse Practitioner who submitted a prescription for me. It was declined. tried finding her to fix it, apparently she has disappeared from the planet. tried google all her listings she "supposedly" works at she doesn't. I still have cramps that I didn't have prior to this Doctor getting his hands on me. Thank god for my regular Doctor who is amazing with his patients. Took up the slack of this crappy office and was able to help me. There lucky I live so far away the urge to cuss them out in person has crossed my mind but after seeing the other results I am not alone in my anger. If it was life or death I would be dead.

I was diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases this year & started seeing C. Eastman at Dr Mittal’s office. She started me on medication & an infusion right away. No BS, no waiting. I came to her broken & exhausted. Sadly I recently moved out of state & had to cancel my appointment this week because the 7 hour drive is too much on my body right now. I am regretting not even trying because I am in so much discomfort again, the infusions do wonders. If I can figure it out financially I will continue to come back to Dr Mittal & drive the 7 hours each way for my autoimmune treatments. I also recommend the turmeric vitamins! I have had one prior experience with a rheumatologist in Palm Desert & had a very bad experience. I’m glad I was referred to Dr Mittal’s office: thank you!

Can't get anyone on the phone to make appointments and they don't return calls.

Office staff never answers the phone, nor do that return calls. Great Dr. But his staff could care less.

I had a much better experience than many who posted. In 2010, I previously had an endoscopy thru another doctor who diagnosed me with Barrett's Esophagus. I was told I would be taking Omeprazole for life which is not desirable. In 2016, I decided to go to Dr. Mittal to get a different opinion. He took about 12 biopsies around my esophagus, and said that although my condition looked like Barrett's, it was not. I then phased off the Omeprazole and have been fine since. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Mittal for helping me to get off a medication that most recommend taking for less than two years. I recall the wait time in the office was a bit long but also remember that Dr. Mittal was very thorough in his explanations and I never felt rushed. This year, I decided to book a reservation with Dr. Mittal for a colonoscopy. There were some discrepancies between what Anthem would cover and what type of facility it would need to be performed at. I had multiple calls with both Anthem and Victoria from Dr. Mittal's scheduling department. Victoria was wonderful! She was always friendly. despite my many calls to her. She always answered her phone with a "smile" and was helpful in addressing my needs.

Took 2 months to get an appointment. Despite the wait, Mittal didn’t bother to show up, just a PA. She convinced me to have an endoscopy. Another 6 week wait. They called me and confirmed the procedure Monday. Did the whole miserable cleanse procedure. Friday morning arrived at the hospital, no one had a clue about my appointment. Waited over an hour as they attempted to contact Mittal. Walked out, ...

I have been seeing Dr. Mittal since 2019. My initial visit, I got a great first impression and felt that he was truly going to help me with my pain. I had an upper and lower GI and follow up with no issue. Because of Covid, appointments were done over the phone with someone else, but I felt they were still being attentive. Fast forward to November 2021 I had been experiencing different pain. I was unable to get an appointment until a month later despite the urgency. Going in to the appointment I believe I met with a PA who asked me what she would like me to do, which blew me away. I was told I would be getting an ultrasound and lab work. I had to call on several occasions to ask about the ultrasound because I never heard from anyone about scheduling. I got scheduled for a follow up a few weeks later to go in with the same PA and find out that the ultrasound order was never sent out. I also inquired about being put on medical leave in which I was denied because they "don't fill out those kinds of forms". I even asked if I could personally speak with Dr. Mittal and after waiting 10 minutes for her to return with him, she said "yes, I talked to him, and he said we don't do that." He couldn't even take time to come speak with me about my concerns. I ended up scheduling another upper and lower scope procedure that was an additional two months away and I had my ultrasound 2 weeks prior. I was first on the list for the scopes that day. Dr. Mittal was over half an hour late. When he arrived, he had no idea who I was, no knowledge of my case, asked me about what his office had done so far. When I woke up in recovery, the nurse said that he does not see patients afterwards and I would have to call his office for the follow up. The receptionist scheduled me for an appointment that would occur over the phone in two months which is ridiculous. I inquired about my ultrasound results and asked if he could call me, to which she said they don't go over that on the phone and I would have to wait until my follow up....which is going to be over the phone. I am beyond frustrated with the way I have been treated by this man and his staff. I urge anyone to seek help elsewhere. There is no accountability, communication, or compassion like I had experienced before.

I was referred by my Cancer Doctor who I dearly love and respect. My first visit, I was very impressed. 2nd visit wait was quite long over two hours, but he stated he was called on an emergency, and that is understandable. Third visit was for colonoscopy and endoscopy. My son and I got lost and I was 10 min late for my appointment time and 40 minutes late for my arrival time. They said it was ok. I signed paperwork so I would receive the medicine that would put me to sleep. I never received enough of anything, to even make me sleepy. I was quite able to talk and told them how painful it was. They continued with the proceedure with me complaining and groaning. I kept begging for medication. They continued with colonoscopy and went ahead with endoscopy without medication. It was partly my fault for being late, but instead of pretending they were going to give me medication, I wish they had been truthful and told me I was late and therefore being the last patient of the day, I would not be medicated because everyone was in a hurry to go home and no one wanted to sit around waiting for me to wake up. Follow upDr Mittal took the time to personally call me and explain that due to my diseases and medications, I did not react normally to the Versaid. He had given me the maxamin dose and anymore could have caused breathing problems. I appreciated his call and explaination and it did a lot to clarify things, and I have great respect for any doctor who does this. TY Dr. Mittal.

The worse customer services I have seen so far, since two month s they are not able to submit the prior authorization form to my insurance every day I go there and I spoke with them and they telling lie lie you will get your medication today or tomorrow today and tomorrow. Personely Dr Vivek Mittal is good but other staffs is so worse don’t go to this office
