Won't refund our money. Care Credit tried recovery twice to no avail. Dental care was not received, still charged. Stained our credit and don't give a darn. My daughter was in an active disabled position for 11 days. I tried to cancel services. They refused to, and stated she would have to get the services or will have to pay regarless to emergncy. I have tried to resolve for months, no one will resolve it. You are put on hold forever and most never return from the customer service number when they say they are reaching out to the office. The office manager can't take calls. I guess the courts or consumer affairs or FTC will have to decide this one.

Maribel is a great manager at Western dental customer service is wonderful and Joey in the back is such a great person and does a great job and being welcoming overall Western dental is my favorite spot and I will never change it God bless

Great experience at this location, even when I came in mistakenly without an apt 2x , they still were able to get me in quick . Dr.harmandeep, Sonia and Maribel made it a quick easy painless experience !

Front desk staff ignored me and sat on their phone, other one questioned me like I was an idiot that didn’t know what they were talking about. Go somewhere else!!
