****PLEASE READ PLEASE SHARE WITH OTHER PARENTS ***** *****UPDATE 5/28/2036******** My son is at a new dentist. We never went back. But the damage is irreversible. My son never allows X-rays to be done on him again. He will throw up if anything is put into his mouth. He will be 8 soon and he is barely allowing someone near his mouth. ***4 Years Ago *** MY SON WAS 3 YEARS OLD WAS AWAKE AND HELD DOWN DURING PROCEDURE. HE RECALLS DR TELLING HIM “ you’re fine “ AS HE CRIED FOR HIS MOM. I was in the waiting room unaware of this happening. I was not allowed to go in despite my requests. He went in excited. It was his first time at the dentist. He followed the instructions when getting X-rays. I remember feeling proud of how good he was doing as a 3 year old. Afterwards he came out running in tears with severe swelling and bleeding. HIS BABY TEETH WERE NOT BAD!!! But the doctor insisted on the procedure. The last three pictures show what his teeth looked like before.

Nancy at the front desk was extremely helpful and awesome! She made checking in and payment really easy. This place was accommodating and very kind to my kid.

Worse place to go, don’t come here at all look for another place to take your kids, 4 hours of waiting is ridiculous just for some X-rays. I don’t understand how people come here, if I could give this place zero stars I would this is the worse,. They’re always saying they’re short staff but yet the employees are just standing around talking about other topics that aren’t related to their job title. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, time management is the worst, never again.

There’s a lady who is always so rude and hangs up before we can even speak and every time my dad tries to communicate with her she is soo rude!! Never had any issues anywhere else but here

Staff was amazing

It’s suspicious they don’t let you as a mother go back with your kids who are under age! The staffs couldn’t care less about you. I found out that other dentists let you go back and they explain everything unlike Western Dental. Not only that but the kids area had like those big roaches in the toy area.its not even clean and sanitary and the staff knows about it but like I said they couldn’t care less about patients. I encourage parents/ caregivers please don’t take your little ones here! You should be able to go back and see what’s going on with your little ones. They don’t care about me or my kids yet they keep calling and calling telling me to make future appointments even after I said I don’t want to go there ever again. They just want your money and not even take care of your kids. If they recommend you to get your kids teeth extracted with surgery please deny it and get a second or third opinion! I promise you parents there are WAY better dentists and staffs for your kids that actually care. Respectfully, A concerned mother

Horrible experience with all of them. Billing. Corporate. 3 years later still dentures don't fit. Don't go there. Shaw and marks just as bad. Paid over 20k. Save your money. Getting a lawyer.

It should not take 1 hour in the wait room. I know that this a a public dentist and not everything will efficient. Then when my daughter gets in the appointment it takes another hour. She implies that she is left just sitting there while the dentist have conversations, and some days the back is empty with no patients and it still concludes an hour wait.

The visit yesterday was better and more organized then past experiences.
