I went in with no insurance for a toothache and got helped the same day the front staff lady Sonia was very nice and welcoming. Unlike the other dentists I visited before who were giving me a hard time or Not trying to see me at all.

Our experience here at WESTERN DENTAL, has been a great experience so far, the girls are always welcoming when we step in and especially Mrs. Sonia Blanca the Reception manager she is freaking awesome and very sweet and will answer all your questions for you, and a big shout out to Dr. Daniel Holman. Than you guys so much for caring for our babies.

Great experience and thank you to Sonia the office manager for always helping me and explaining things to me and always being kind, also thank you to Mai Kia the hygienist for always doing a great job on my teeth and explaining to me how to take care of it. Will be back soon!

This place is quick to get you in for dental emergencies like cavities or infections with dental staff but Do not go here for braces. I paid out of pocket just for the orthodontist to BREAK my porcelain crown. So now I have to pay thousands to get a whole dental implant to replace that broken root canal… he didn’t even bother to look at my chart to see that the tooth he snapped in half was a crown with a root canal. So on top of paying him $4,000+ out of pocket for braces, now I’m going to lose another few thousands to get a tooth implant from another location. He broke it while taking my braces off, it was the day my teeth were finished with braces. So now I’m stuck toothless and have to pay out of pocket again for an implant to go in. I really wish he took responsibility and paid for that since he was the one who was not looking at my chart carefully and used a lot of force to take the metal off that tooth, I recall him telling the staff to put “diamond” bonding on that tooth because regular bonding didn’t work with this crown. Ortho is reckless and does not double check things with integrity. It was Dr Singh

My 73 year old mother paid this office $1300 for partials before Thanksgiving. It is now April. No work completed. No follow up. No returned calls. For five months, she has been ignored. This goes beyond poor scheduling. This is taking money from an elderly patient and failing to deliver the service. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication. If there were delays or issues, explain them. Instead, there has been silence. We have contacted the office repeatedly and even escalated to corporate. The response has been the same. Indifference. No accountability. No resolution. This feels less like a one off issue and more like a broader culture problem. They are now refusing to issue a full refund, despite not completing the work after five months. At this point, we are pursuing every available avenue: * Filing a complaint with the Dental Board of California * Filing with the Department of Consumer Affairs * Filing a complaint with BBB * Preparing a small claims case If you are considering this office, especially for anything beyond basic work, be cautious.

My mother is a senior and received dentures from this office in 2022. I brought her back because they needed to be repaired in the back because she is unable to wear them. I've made several trips to the office for assistance... each time I was given and excuse why she couldn't be seen. 4/7/2026 we were turned away again and told that I would be called. Once again no call back or response. It appears they are picking and choosing who they want to give decent service to. It does appear that you are better off if you speak Spanish.

Didn’t take me in only wasted my time took 2 hours for them just to say come back another day very bad service.

Terrible experience. I waited for almost two hours just for them to tell me to come back later. Plus had to reschedule because the dentist left. Terrible Terrible would not recommend.

This Western Dental is ... from when you walk into the establishment you are welcomed with a beautiful smile by Mr. Armando who goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met ... Sonia the office manager is exceptional.. the back office staff is professional... they provide easy to understand education ... Danial takes your xrays with comfort ... the dentist just simply fabulous.... Miaka cleaning are a chefs kiss she has a sofr but truly effective touch ... left with my teeth feeling GLAMOROUS 10 out of 10 smile DISPLAY !!! I soooo recommend !!!
