After being assigned to Dr. Hanks by the hospital a rather serious cardiac event I spent a few years being rushed through his office for all visits. My most recent attempt at treatment has forced me to move to a new doctor. Called his office twice over the past few weeks to have prescriptions refilled. I have never in 4 years been able to reach a live person when I’ve called his office. No return calls and no prescriptions had me visiting the Emergency Room today for a dangerously high bP. Moving on to a doctor who when I called his office to make an appointment actually had a human being answer the phone on the second ring

No one is let in only patient They do conversations by speakerphone. They also take your temperature at the door The whole process went pretty good and with pretty fast

Horrible experience with this Dr. Hanks. I called 5 separate times to get help with my dying brother who was his patient. I asked for call back on their voicemail because they dont answer their phones as of today they still have not called mesince then my brother passed away. What a horrible doctor.

Terrible service. Today I waited over three hours and still had two patients ahead of me. They offered to reschedule me next available is in two months. I was there to get test results. I left. The last three visits have been just like this. When he does finally show up he is in no hurry and wastes time talking about random unrelated stuff. Office takes two or three days to return calls. I’m done. Go somewhere else where they have time to take care of you. I have been told he is very good but it’s not worth the frustration.

I waited over two hours three different times. I was put in a back room where no one checked on me.

Over the years Ive dread taking my mom to her appointments with Dr. Hanks office. Its normally a 34 hours ordeal. Once again we have a 1 pm appointment and its now 4. We are here for her results and its unfortunate that this is the kind of service we get. Our appreciation for histheir knowledge and expertise is the only reason why I waited. We just walked out after waiting 3 hours. At that time one of the staff ran after us to say that he just reviewed the results and said everything is OK. Sooo frustrating. 3 hours of wait time for 1 second answer its time to move on.

Had a 330 appointment. Didn’t get seen until 830 pm No updates unless I went to ask. Was told he was “on call” and had to leave for emergency. That’s understandable but why book patients when you’re on call? No apologies whatsoever.

Dr. Hanks is a great doctor. My first experience was in the hospital. He explained things thoroughly and is very knowledgeable patient and compassionate. At his office however there are a few things that need improvement. 1. Finding a good parking space at his office could take awhile. For this reason you need to leave early. 2.The wait time at is office is long. Be prepared to see a lot of people sitting in the reception area waiting. There are several doctors there so not all are Dr Hanks patients. But be prepared to play games on your ipad or phone or bring a good book. You will definitely need something to help you pass the time. 3. Finally you will get to see Dr. Hanks and he makes you feel like he is going to help you get your heart health back and everything is going to be alright. For that reason I give him 5 stars.

Very good experience was in on time did all test Less than a week Dr Hanks explains everything he was going to do.
