Dr Cao is very helpful and knowlegable, a must see if you have urlnary / kidney issues.

Never answers thier phone it just rings until the call ends itself.. I always have to do walk ins to set an appointment.. But while im in there they actually answer other callers.. I need a new doctor.. The only time they picked up they put me on hold for ten mins then hang up on me.. Im not happy at all..

Bad experience to be seen by this doctor. He enforced his view without checking with his pt.

Yes, I would recommend. Sabrina his assistant is excellent. I have no problems with office or staff. Dr Cao appears to be very knowledgeable and thorough. The only problem I have noted is that I have a hearing problem and his accent sometimes makes it difficult for me to understand, And I think that frustrates him a bit.

Dr. Cao is a good Doctor. The office is poorly managed, I have been going to the office for years, all was great in the beginning but during the past the past 5 years I have had to spend all morning waiting for a doctor. Have fun if you call the office for appointments. The receptionist, most of the time, have heavy accents and I have to talk to several staff members before I can find someone who understood me. If you ask the receptionist if they understand you they will giggle, hang up on you, or transfer you to a number that no one answers. I conduct myself in a professional manner, that doesn't get you any where. While in the waiting room I listen to the other patients and they have the same complaints. My complaint is not about the doctors, I am complaining about staffs treatment of patients and scheduling. I am not insulting the receptionist when I ask them if they understand me, they screw up my request every time. Respect goes both ways. If you have 10 am appointment there will be 3 other patients scheduled for that time (office policy). Other patients have told me that they come late to their appointments because they know they will be waiting a long time to see the doctors. good luck

Very impressive office. It's a large medical practice but very efficient. Staff was friendly. Dr. Cao was very thorough and pleasant. He explained things very well. He types on the computer as he interviews and examines you. I like that I was given a print out of the visit summary that will be sent to my other doctors. I was also given information on a patient portal. I can look up my appointments, medications and medical info on line on a secure system.

Dr. Cao has been my Nephrologist. for approximately 4 or 5 years. He is friendly and answers all of my questions. He accurately diagnosed and cured my kidney problems. His nurse assistant is very capable and helpful.
