I rarely write reviews but I felt this office deserved one! When you think of going to the dentist you normally cringe at the thought, but fortunately that was not the case at this office. The staff was very welcoming for this first timer but the thing that won me over were the dental physicians. I don’t remember their names but there were 2 that worked on me. Bedside manner was superior from both ladies and most importantly “NO PAIN”!! I am very pleased with the service and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m looking forward to returning for my follow up!

I have a pretty bad phobia of the dentist. When I called Irene helped me and talked to me about what to expect and shared about the staff. When I shared my phobia at the end of our conversation she helped me find a sooner appt. I just completed my appt and she was correct. The xray technician was kind and talked with through that the dentist was patient she understood my fear. I am very happy with the process thank you so much.

So I finally decided to give this office a chance after receiving flyers in the mail. I was interested because it stated they are union. From the 1st call of making the appointment to the actual appointment visit had been great. The staff is very friendly, kind, and attentive. I didn’t feel pushed to do any unnecessary procedures. Dr Kevin is thorough in explaining what’s going on with your teeth and gums and easy to talk to. So for now I am very please with the benefits and prices Aava Dentistry offers. I’m already telling my union coworkers about them.

Been loyal for years but seems like the little negarive things are adding up What made me write this review is, what's the point of having a scheduled visit when I still have to wait 30 min, get my clean up first, then x rays, when it is always the opposite. They found a cavity but it was too late to take care of me, which meant I have to go back.... very inconvinient
