Took my 80 year old father in for an eye appointment and I have never experienced such disrespectful and rude staff, the optometrist didn't bother introducing himself and treated my father as if he was stupid ( he is a retired surgeon). I am a physician as well and having. experienced this type of bedside manner gives clinicians a bad name. Being that he didn't bother introducing himself, it is hard to say who our optometrist was, but I hope someone from this office identifies him and gives him some basic customer experience lessons. Shame on this team for treating their patients this way. No one deserves this treatment especially the elderly! Id be happy to answer any questions this practice might have to improve their patient experience...

You have good doctor but worst management. You should leave your new phone numbers and address on your old clinic. I have to find out the info and spend twenty minutes to get there. And then cost me another two hours to complete the visit. What's the appointment for? Obviously patients have been overlooked.

I have a visit with the doctor and everything went very well and I ordered my glasses the same day( it was back in January) and until now my glasses are not ready yet. It is now five months and my glasses are not ready yet.

Although, the doctor I had an appointment with was out sick, I was quickly assigned another doctor. That doctor's professionalism was outstanding. He laser cleaned my right eye's lenses that was installed during my catarack surgery two and half years ago.
