All Day Smile's Online Review Report Card

I went to this dentist to replace my broken veneer a couple of years ago. Totally regret it.. it took her a very long time, and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I should've followed my intuition and went elsewhere but she was so nice and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I ended up with a (very pricey) veneer that doesn't match my other teeth, dips lower than it's surrounding teeth, and shows large hollow spots in the surrounding gum area. None of my other veneers look so terrible. I hate it every single day, every time I smile. I will eventually need to get the veneer redone.

I noticed that it's been five years since my last review and thought it was time for an update. I've been going to Dr.Pham's office maybe around 8 years or so and her and the staff's work is nothing short of phenomenal. I took the time to read other reviews, and as a loyal customer of her practice, I feel compelled to clarify: Dr.Pham is a professional individual who is determined to master her craft, and it DEFINITELY shows in her work. Aside from the certificates displayed in her office. Dr.Pham always takes the time and explain the latest techniques, the newest materials, amongst other things that she has learned. She invests the extra time to master her craft to deliver what is possibly the absolute best dental care there is around. I have a family friend that is a dentist, and the level in updated knowledge is night and day, compared to Dr.Pham. Even though Dr.Pham does charge more than what I would pay with the family friend, I still go with her because of her phenomenal work. People tend to say that she over charges-- but the reality is that you definitely get what you pay for. I respect that Dr.Pham knows what her work is worth, and I can't complain. I mean, what other dental office offers you a blanket if you're cold? Or asks you if you like essential oils so they can turn on the diffuser with your favorite scent? Or make sure that their massage chair is on while you're getting treatment? I have yet to see another practice with such sophistication, and dedication to their patients.

My 88 year old mother-in-law hadn't seen a dentist in who knows how long. So I decided to take her to see Dr. Pham. Huong did an awesome job deep cleaning my MILs teeth during her first visit. She made her feel at ease. Then the next visit was for her 4 cavities. Dr. Pham made my MIL feel so comfortable that she was able to lie there the entire time. Dr. Pham and her team did a tremendous job making sure my MIL was ok. We are so happy we went to All Day Smile. Now my MIL has a dental office she can go to every few months.

Besides unusually high fee in comparison to other dentist for the same item, the dentist Hang Pham bill the insurance for things she did not do. I have double about her honesty.

I could not be happier with my experience at All Day Smile. I had a full cleaning with Lara yesterday and it was definitely the best cleaning that I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the very nice office, I felt welcome and comfortable. They have a really nice Nespresso machine with pretty lovely snacks (think madelines and fig bars). I didn't partake, of course, because I was there for a cleaning, but I was impressed. Not as impressed as when they broke out the Comfort Menu! They offer a wide variety of things to make the experience relaxing, from making your chair a massage chair to blankets to allowing you to pipe your own music through noise-cancelling headphones to under eye masks. I chose a) the massage chair b) the heat turned on to the massage chair c) under eye mask. Next time I think I'll add a blanket and turning on Netflix or getting the headphones. Now, let me describe this cleaning because it really was much better and different than anything I've ever experienced: ***It started with checking the depth of my gums. I've had this done before at my previous dentist...it's where they touch 6 points around your gum on each tooth and then call out numbers. What was different with Laura was that she explained to me "why" and "what was in it for me" to understand what was happening. She showed me a little chart of a tooth and explained that depths can vary which of course they want to measure over time, but what they are really interested in is if you're gums bleed during the exercise. We were able to look at the areas of my gums that were bleeding and then compare that with the depths which is helpful in seeing where I might not be brushing or flossing well or maybe where the depth is deeper than floss can fix alone. Based on this discussion, I'm going to start using a water pik and Lara even suggested a special head that I bought on my phone right on Amazon when I was there. ***The teeth cleaning was not a typical polishing toothbrush like what I'm used to. They have this thing that sprays water, air and powder. The powder is antibacterial and it worked great on my teeth. ***The descaler was what I was used to and Lara did this expertly. Note to self for next time: make sure the massage chair is on and that you have the noise cancelling headphones or Netflix to muffle the sound/feeling of the plaque coming off your teeth. ***She flossed my teeth, gave me a warm towel around my jaw since I'd had it open for so long and then took off my spa-like under eye patches. My teeth were super clean and I felt refreshed. I can't say enough good things about Lara and my whole experience. I made an appointment to visit her again in 6 months and also to meet the Dr. and do x-rays, a cavity check and a full assessment of my teeth. I'll definitely be back.

Hang Pham filed bogus insurance claims. I was shocked. I started to notice that she keeps moving and when she moves, she seems able to keep only the good reviews. Some sort of trick? I won't trust her.

I never understood why people DONT like seeing the dentist. I hear all these horror stories of their experiences and always wondered what kind of dentist they go to? I wasnt blessed with perfect teeth. And my dental visits prior to all day smile were non existent. Coming here was the best thing i could have ever done for myself. Ive been going here for over 10 years now. They always make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and most of all, they take the best care of you. Ive always smiled without showing my teeth before coming here. I owe Dr. Pham and her amazing staff for helping me discover the smile i was always hiding

The best dentist I've ever been to! The customer service is second to none, and for the first time in my life, I actually don't dread going to the dentist. They are beyond friendly, and they make every visit as pleasant of an experience as possible. Plus, I'm happy to support a practice that consists of minority women.

All Day Smiles provides a wonderful experience. The staff is very kind and detailed oriented. The office has a great calming atmosphere, and the hygienist Laura and Dr. Pham have provided excellent service to me each time I have an appointment. Laura is great at explaining what action she's about to take and why before conducting her cleaning or X-ray. In addition, every time I leave my cleanings my teeth look great. Overall the people here make going to the dentist enjoyable and exceed all my expectations!
