Been going here for 9 months and nothing has been done to resolve either one of my pain issues. It’s so bad here they can’t even get a prescription right. I’ve spent 3 months and dozens of phone calls trying to get this office to get a simple prescription resolved and they can’t even do that right. Today was the 3rd time this office canceled my appointment out of nowhere. Dr Zepeda is nice and all but this whole experience is a total joke and I feel they collectively do not take my health seriously or with any type of urgency. 9 months of Dr appointments and I’ve only received frustration from this office. I highly suggest going anywhere else than here

I was a patient of Dr Zepeda for many years until I retired and moved out of state.Although I did have some frustration with the office at times, I always felt he did everything he could do to help me with my pain. He is a fine doctor,

Called about a month ago to make an appointment with the doctor the front office told me I need a referral and they do not except appointments without a referral . So I proceeded to go to my GP and get a referral which I faxed to them on July 10. I did not hear back from them until today July 29 so I gave them a call and told them that I faxed the referral and I’m waiting for an appointment. They then informed me that my referral was Missing the doctors name when the prescription was very clear who my GP was it was circled on the top with all relevant details and he signed they could have called him! .. It is amazing to get the runaround when you are trying to give a doctor business and deal with your pain. Good luck trying to see the good doctor it’s almost impossible and they just don’t care. A no can do attitude

I've been with this practice for about two years now and I've seen, Dr. Zepeda about three times in the office and also dealt with his office during a difficult hospital stay after an operation. He has very good bedside manners and is extremely considerate, and knowledgeable. I now deal mostly with his assistant, Aileen Estrada who is also very nice and takes the time to answer all questions. I agree with one reviewer that stated it's hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk, but it has gotten better in the past few months. I find that all the office staff are helpful and kind. Medication refills are completed in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this office and Dr. Zepeda. I was also seen by Dr. Ko years ago and I really liked him as well.

I've only seen him once, he seems like a very knowledgeable doctor. My complaint is the wait time, I was on time for my appt and my total wait time until he saw me was 1 hour and 45 minutes. I would have walked out and rescheduled if I didn't already have to wait 3 months just to get an appt. His nurse Kathy was friendly and apologetic however when he came in he was not.

Doctor Zepeda is a very thorough, kind doctor. He takes time to explain his plan on helping manage your pain, and I am lucky to have found him. Their office is very well staffed and they have on-site Fluoroscopy. You will be hard pressed to find a better Pain Management doctor. S.Solo

I just had an Epidural by Dr. Zepada! It was a good experience. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Excellent skill. I didn't feel anything. This has helped me so much. I would highly recommend him!

He is caring, explains everything in detail and is a pleasure to see. They have a fully staffed office with on-site fluoroscopy. You'd be hard pressed to find a better doctor specializing in Pain Management.

Dr. Z is a very kind and compassionate person. He has done multiple spinal injections for me, and his skill is outstanding. His calm and caring manner makes the whole procedure less stressful, and his staff is also very caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone in pain.

Dr. Zepada is great. New PA Frank is good. The office has gone through staff changes so it's awkward going in or calling. The girls are young and not as knowledgeable as his previous staff and you can tell that they don't care about you. Their smiles are fake and they just want you to get in and get out. I miss the old staff they made you feel at ease and when your in severe pain and your going in for a procedure your want to feel safe and assured this staff is not the right fit for this office. If it weren't for for the Dr. S and the office manager. Iwould be looking for a new pain management Dr. Jacki is still there to and she is excellent she really is a rock star there.
