Very friendly Doctor & office staff!

The office manager is not very accommodating. Even the doctor refers to her as the dragon lady. She's extremely argumentative and in order to keep the peace, the doctor sides with her. Deal with any of the other staff but avoid Valerie at all cost.

Find another. You'll be happier in the long run. The office manager is like an old mother hen. She will peck away at you until you wish you were never hatched. Lousy office skills and the doctor himself must feel hen-pecked every time she flies off the handle. You'll know who she is when you pull up and see her inhaling a pack of cigarettes in the parking lot during her breaks.

The office manager is really argumentative with patients. She defeats the reason for going to a pain doctor because when you leave, your nerves are shot and your blood pressure is sky high. Avoid this doctor until he fires the dragon lady! The two of them do not communicate very well and the patient is very often left wondering which one you should believe.

Well don't go there if you if your payment is on lien it hasn't even been 2 years and they ding my credit report because it hasn't been paid and my case hasn't been settled yet. And if your taking methadone for pain management forget it he won't give you nothing kind of seem like he got excited that I was on methadone so he didn't have to give me any type of pain management didn't care for the dude at all I walked out on them didn't care for the doctor at all I walked out on him

Love this guy!!! He's very professional and has a great bedside manner.he explains everything thing in great detail and had made me feel comfortable for the procedures I had to have.Oh!! and I think he's so cute in his scrubs!!!

Dr. Hess and his staff are all very professional and very caring.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me. Unprofessional is an understatement. My appointment was at 2:15. I went upstairs and was told to wait in my car until they called me up. I asked how long and was told "we really don't know". So I proceeded to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes in my car. NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLES' TIME WHATSOEVER. You guys should be shamed of yourselves...honestly. I canceled my grandmother's doctors appointment to come here today, and I didn't even get service or a simple courteous call letting me you know you would be OVER 1 HOUR LATE?! Wtf is wrong with you? Absolutely ridiculous. I've never had such a negative experience at a doctors office in my life. I'll be going somewhere else, where my time is respected. Not somewhere that is unorganized and disrespectful of patients' time. So rude.

Dr. Hess is an excellent physician. I saw many pain management physicians through work comp who were terrible, like cattle calls. Dr. Hess is interested in helping and he provides the full scope of care. I wish others would learn from him.

Dr. Hess is an excellent physician. I saw many pain management physicians through workers comp who were failure. Dr. Hess is pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to think outside of the box. He provides all services unlike other pain physicians. I have seen him for almost 8 years and have not been disappoinnted. He takes the time to explain everything and I have never felt rushed.
