I switched to Dr. Aou after my very elderly mother used him. He takes time to listen to concerns and is authentically caring. The two of us are absolute fans and can't imagine a better GP. I have always become nervous going to the doctor, but not with Dr. Aou.

Incompetent office staff that are slow to respond, especially Cecilia who is totally incompetent. Can't get them to respond to requests for certain testing. They send me for blood work to an independent lab but then don't have the results when I visit months later. Orders for lab testing mysteriously get lost.

Dr. Christopher Aou is an awesome doctor. He has been my Primary doctor for 15+ years. He is always caring and listens to my needs, health concerns/issues and is always thorough in his treatment. My husband also switched over from his PCP to Dr. Auo and he liked him a lot too.

Careless in the overview of patient's care. Had been prescribing an insufficient dosage of medicine for years but when it was pointed out, blamed me for not knowing it. During a yearly exam, asked about pain in the leg and got impatient that I didn't indicate that during the initial appointment scheduling (which didn't hurt at the time). After various tests, he doesn't take the time to thoroughly explain the results or all the options.

didnt wait too long. gal who took me back apologized profusely for making me wait 15 minutes (not long at all for doctors office). Dr. Aou was nice.. Rushed me in and out. I heard they had a busy day. Made me very angry that I felt pushed out the door. Wanted to understand my symptoms better rather than "just take pills". He seems knowledgeable and I will give him a another chance because all doctors ive dealt with suck. All
