Damien Richardson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Richardson is not the best. He will only do what he wants and not think outside the box. If your issue can be fixed another way he won't help you get there. He is very opinionated and his bedside manner was not chill

Having multiple health conditions, I have seen many doctors, and Dr. Richardson is one of the best I have seen. He is caring, patient, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manners. He is a good listener and he answered all of my questions, and I didn't feel rushed. I broke my metatarsal in my foot and was given a few options from Dr. Richardson, but we decided on the non-surgical approach. Due to my health, the healing of my fracture was delayed, but Dr. Richardson was with me every step (no pun intended!) of the way to make sure it completely healed. I am back on my two feet again thanks to Dr. Richardson!

Did not get to see the doctor. Made an appointment at 11:30am, the afternoon before my appointment,I received a phone call indicating I needed to show at 10:30am instead. I called back several times since I requested time off for the 11:30am Scheduled appointment, not 10:30 last minute change, no one answered. They called me at 3pm the day before appointment, when I called back at 3:10pm, their phone said office closed. I showed up to my 11:30 appointment, and the doctor would no see me since he wanted a new set of X-rays instead of the ones I took with me, and told me I was too late to go get an X-ray even though I showed up at my scheduled appointment time. Horrible customer service. Other orthopedic places have better customer service and actual answer the phone.

I believe is I'm profesional to call you the afternoon back to make changes to your plans based on schedule appointment and inform you he won't see you when you show up for the appointment. My portal account also shows 11:30 as the scheduled time. I would not recommend this doctor office or placed based on their customer service.

I am so pleased to know and really happy the service that Dr. Richardson provided to my daughter. His team at Orthopedic in St. Jude Fullerton are so kind and give the outstanding services to my daughter. Today we went there to change her cast, and Nurse Nikki make her cast so cute with pink colors and 3 little Mickey's as an accessory. The last time Nurse Amanda was so kind and take her time wrap her right fractured ankle. My daughter is a special need and had someone to take their time and understanding her disability a huge plus. Thank you all

I ruptured my Achilles playing soccer and was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Richardson for repair. Dr. Richardson went over the options available to me; he answered all of our questions regarding surgery, physical therapy, and injury recovery with a candidness that was refreshing to hear from a medical professional. The information he provided allowed me to confidently choose the option that worked best for my lifestyle and future exercise goals. I chose to have surgery for my achilles repair. The surgery went amazing! It took a couple hours, I woke up quickly, and my incision was small. A few months post-op and my incision is barely visible. My overall experience with Dr. Richardson has been wonderful! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an Orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Richardson was called in due to his expertise to perform surgery on my Calcanious that was broken on half. He was incredible and I was snowboarding in record time. He took time to discuss the procedure and progress at every step of the way. I would highly recommend that you fight to get him as your surgeon if needed!

Great Doctor very personable Like Family He'll address the issue, tell you the things you need, tell you how to care for a wound issue and give you the few things for that care. I recommend him to any & everyone as your go to doctor for treatment. Doctor Richard had to perform Surgery Amputation on my MOMs left leg above the knee, he had to do what he did to save her from gangrene, it really looks great. My mom like him a lot, so now he like a brother to me.
