My 80 year old mother saw this doctor for a consultation recently. She was treated so badly by this doctor, she was in tears. He was unprofessional, rude, mean, disrespectful, very short with her when she asked him questions (almost cranky with her) and no bedside manners. I don’t know what his problem was but no wonder why he has such low customer service reviews. My mother will be changing her cardiologist for sure.
My 80 year old mother saw this doctor for a consultation recently and she was in tears after seeing him because he treated her so badly. He was mean, disrespectful, rude, short with her when she asked questions, and had no bedside manners at all. He was simply unprofessional unkind to my mother. She said she will never go back to him. There was no reason to treat an elderly patient in such manners.
Excellent cardiologist. Conservative treatment plans with good monitoring and follow thru. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Lee is excellent as a technician (5 stars) but his nurse (negative stars) is the worst personnel or nurse I have ever seen. She didn't refill the correct prescriptions for a cardiac patient AFTER SURGERY (I caught her mistakes) and every time we need assistance or schedule an exam, she offloads her work to someone else or another department and she made mistakes who to go to every time. I gave her 5 chances to see if she was just having a bad day but its not that. She is not organized and that is detrimental to the patient and their family. She consistently gives incorrect information or screws up. The aftercare is as important as the operation. Please get a new nurse bc Dr. Lee is amazing technical cardiologist.

Worst Dr..no bedside mannersRude
My dad sees Dr. Lee for his CHF. He is an excellent cardiologist and really listens to his patients. He followed my Dad all through his hospitalization and outpatient. I have been a registered nurse for 30 years, and have worked with many heart patients and MDs. Dr. Lee is very good and his office runs like a well oiled machine.
Dr. Lee is an excellent cardiologist And my daughter who has 30yrs. Experience as a RN, also gives him a 5star rating. He really takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. His office runs like a well oiled machine. Short wait time, too.
Finally! A cardiologist that was kind, compassionate and caring enough to take the time to listen and explain to me in detail my angiogram from last year. He gave me a thorough exam, even checking the pulse on different parts of my body. Something my former cardiologist never bothered to do. What a pleasant experience. This guy is the real thing! I will definitely be seeing him again.
Not too friendly doesn't show kindness or empathy..I felt depressed when I left

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
