Incredibly condescending, Dr.Hawkins made us feel unwelcomed as if we were wasting her time when we came in for an er visit because we were worried about my very pregnant wife. Even if something turns out not to be a problem a doctor should never make their patients feel like they are at fault for coming in to check. Will not be coming back to st. Jude.

I'm an OBGYN physician myself and Dr. Hawkins was my gynecologist for a few years before she left the practice in Fountain Valley. She did a laparoscopic surgery on me for a potentially serious problem and a second intrauterine procedure, both as part of the same case. I felt as at ease as one could be undergoing surgery and not knowing what you'll find but she made me feel confident that she had a solid plan and that she could handle it. no matter the findings. My outcomes for both procedures were excellent. She is conscientious, understanding and seems to be an excellent surgeon. I have recommended her to others who needed either an obstetrician or a gynecologist and would not hesitate to recommend her in the future. .

I finally found the link to post here! Dr. Hawkins did a robotic surgery for me earlier this year. I give thanks each day that she was my surgeon. My quality of life has increased tenfold. Dr. Hawkins is a perfectionist in a good way. I couldn’t recommend more highly!

Dr. Hawkins is the most insensitive Doctor I've ever met. She is a robot and cannot sympathize. She has no understanding of people's emotions especially for someone who just lost their baby and was told the bad news during what was supposed to be a routine ultrasound visit. Also, they make you wait an hour just to find out the news following your ultrasound with a technician who's not allowed to discuss anything. Dr. Hawkins thinks you can get over the loss of your baby in just a week or two. You'd think someone who delivers babies would be more understanding how devastating losing a baby. Stay away from this place. There are better doctors out there.

Best OBGYN! Not only was Dr. Hawkins very calm and informative but she was so nice and listened to all of our concerns. She made sure that we new exactly what was going to happen as she prepared us for the need of an emergency c-section at anytime possible. I also loved that she made me feel like she remembered me as a patient at my postpartum appointments. Although she did not deliver our baby during our emergency c-section, I still most comfortable with Dr. Hawkins.

I just had a laparoscopic surgery to remove a dermoid cyst on my ovary! Dr Hawkins did an amazing job! The surgery was a success! The recovery was quick!
