Eric Cheung's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Eric Cheung is the kindest, most considerate doctor. He makes the oncology experience just another thing to do on my to-do list. He is someone from whom I could hear bad news. He is a human being who is uplifting and so is everyone in his office on South Street. I am blessed that he is my oncologist, my hematologist, my doctor! I ENJOY going to that office. Imagine that. With this doctor, I believe anyone could have a worthwhile interaction when dealing with their "C!"

Amazing physician Eric Cheung is one of the most caring and efficient physicians that I have ever worked for. I believe his work ethic and character demonstrate within his work and his patients really deserve this excellent physician by their side.

Disappointing Interaction with Lakewood fice Staff The Lakewood Office staff is unprofessional on the phone and does not follow through on requests. I had a very disappointing exchange with a woman who told me her name was Alex who was flippant and rude when I called to inquire about a follow up appt for Clinical trials. I was told on a Thursday I would receive a call on Friday and still had not heard back on Tuesday. I called the office to inquire and received nothing but hostility from Alex. She didn't know anything, wouldn't tell me anything and obviously had no time to check on anything. And she refused to provide a phone number so I could do my own follow through. Nasty, rude and unhelpful. As a cancer patient we are already on edge and this type of treatment increases anxiety and promotes fear and distrust with the medical community. Dr.'s Offices need professional front line workers who are empathic and helpful not irritated and dismissive. We are not ordering cheeseburgers we're trying to get medical help.

I recently visited Dr. Cheung for the first time. I was very impressed with him and his professionalism, yet very easy to talk to. He didn’t rush and encouraged conversation. Dr. Cheung has a great staff, always answering the phone, (unusual) answering any questions you may have. I very highly recommend Dr. Cheung and if chosen for your care, you’ll be very happy.

Dr. Cheung, Has to been one the most caring and informative physicians I ever came in contact with. He was both my wife and eyes oncologist and we were sad to see him leave. We look forward to finding out where his next office will be and we will follow him!

Dr. Cheung was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He made me feel uncomfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Cheung. He explained all the test results to me patiently and thoroughly. His staff was very helpful too!

I visited Dr Cheung for the first time a few months ago. He was awsome. The staff was wonderful. Im blessed me diagnosis was caught early and i'm being treated by a good doctor. I hope no one else needs him but if you do I highly recommend Dr. Cheung.

Dr Cheung is wonderful. He has helped me beyond my expectations. Some of his staff is sub par and some are rude.I was told today by Maria in accounting that I had no clue about accounting. Probably because I was overcharged $56.97 and am trying to get a refund. That's it for me. I'm looking for a new doctor!
