Dr. Madrigal is amazing. She is kind, incredibly smart/educated, patient, caring, and follows up with results. Yes, the hold times are frustrating, but that is almost everywhere during the pandemic. Phone issues are not a reflection of this amazing doctor!

I was on hold for 40 minutes. When my call was answered the receptionist was “laughing”. I immediately told her that I was on hold for 40 minutes and she was anything but professional.

Dr Madrigal has different pre-procedure colonoscopy protocols than other Dr's in this facility. I followed her protocols EXACTLY but she didn't complete the procedure because my "Preparation of Colon was unsatisfactory". Also other Dr's give their patients a prep kit for their colonoscopy, I had to go and purchase the items for Dr Madrigal's pre-procedure protocols, at $30. Now she wants me to go through this again.

She is an amazing, compassionate Dr. She took care of my husband when he was at Martin South with an emergency. She quickly diagnosed the problem and offered the best course of treatment for us. Dr Madrigal will be our GI doctor now and in the future.

She was amazing. Dr. Madrigal spent about a half hour working with me as a new patient. She provided excellent information and answered all of my questions, as well as a full examination. The staff and office were top notch. I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of my arrival. I have several autoimmune disorders and she requested a full workup. Very happy to be her patient.
