I love this Derm office... My experience has been nothing but positive from the front office to the back.. Genuinely warm and helpful staff. I had a couple skin issues to address.. the first a full skin check since I am prone to atypical moles.. My prior Derm literally took less than a minute to go over my whole body, scalp to toes which left me wondering if something was missed.. I decided to find a new office and found Exceptional Derm Care. Dr Nguyen took her time and was very thorough giving me the confidence that nothing was missed.. Also, last year, I was diagnosed with Vitiligo that suddenly appeared on my upper back.. She Rxed me a specific cream and it is thankfully working! Over the last several months my pigmentation is returning and the spot is filling in.. Thanks to Dr Nguyen, I don't have to wear my hair down all the time this summer to cover a white patch on my upper back:) So Grateful.

I've struggled with extreme acne scarring for years, and finding the right dermatologist felt impossible--until I met Dr. Nguyen. From my very first visit, she has been nothing short of phenomenal. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also genuinely caring. She listens, checks in, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. One small but meaningful example: I asked if I could listen to specific music during my treatments to help me relax, and she immediately said yes without hesitation. It's the little things like that that show she truly cares about her patients as individuals. I was recommended a series of six treatments, and I'm now halfway through. The results are already visible--and that gives me real hope. Her gentle approach and attention to detail have made a huge difference in both my skin and my outlook. If you're struggling with acne scars or any skin issue and want someone who's not only highly competent but also compassionate, I can't recommend Dr. Nguyen and her team enough. Called today to schedule an appointment. Immediately got placed on hold. Sure no problem. The lady returns to the phone and asks how can she help. She answered 1 of my questions and quickly says please hold. Then comes back and said let me call you back in a few minutes, I have too many people calling in and have to answer there calls. I guess they skip the people who called before and answer the calls from people calling in after me? Well a few minutes has passed. Its actually been 4 hours since I called and not a return call. The good reviews have me wondering, because this is my first encounter experience. I normally don't write many reviews, but this one was needed to be addressed.

Initially I saw Dr. Joyce Yuan for a second opinion on my dermatology diagnosis from my previous doctor’s diagnosis and to discuss why I was not getting the results that I was hoping for. She added a different perspective on my treatment and prescribed a different medication. Within only a short time I could see better than expected results. My previous dermatologist recommendation didn’t show any results during a 10 month period along with prolonged office visits. Through internet research and reviews I found Dr. Yuan. Actually I found her for my wife and thought why not get a second opinion from her too. I am glad I listened to myself and made the appointment.

Very clean facility and the front desk is very nice too. The Dr was very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend Exceptional Dermatology Care.

We LOVE Dr Sire,.. he has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me w/a problem that I thought was a dermatology problem,.. I have gotten more info and knowledge from him than the Surgeons on the Medical side in Whittier!

Dr. Amy and nurse Andie did a great job. They found out I was a Christian and played worship music and it was so amazing to be able to have that while I’m getting my skin treatments. Beautiful moment. My acne scars are pretty severe and I already see progress. Im looking forward to my next appointment 🙏 100% recommend !
