Awesome company. Dr. Kush Patel did a great job with my teeth. Great staff as well.

This is one of the most professional dental offices I have been to todate. They are very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and caring. From their staff to their hygienist to their doctor, they are all friendly and professionals. When you need them for an emergency, they are there. When I broke my tooth, they accommodated me the same day.

Great office, Everyone is so friendly and sweet. The front desk receptionist is always smiling and is such a sweet mam'. Look forward to getting my dental work done here.

Dr. Patel and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have been going to their office for over 5 years now. The office is always very clean and positive. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Patel is very caring, informative, and knowledgeable. I found Dr. Patel after multiple bad experiences at other dental offices and I was extremely fearful of any dental procedure. Dr. Patel and his staff have been very patient and understanding with my care and have brought my dental experiences to a very positive place.

I had been a member for about 7 or 8 years of Fullerton Craft Smile Dental. Unfortunately, its sad for me to say I’m disappointed in the turn out of my dental experiences. I was always told my teeth were in excellent condition. After going to a new dentist, which is phenomenon I found out I had (5) cavities, the crown that was put in by the formal dentist listed above had cracked. And I needed two wisdom tooth pulled. Mind you I was faithfully going to Fullerton craft smile for my (3) times a year cleaning and x-rays. After my last visit to Fullerton craft of June 2023, I still wasn’t told i had cavities. Than upon going back to their office to inform Dr. Patel of my new dentist diagnosis. Dr Patel told me, yes he knew I had cavities but he was monitoring them and he told me out of pocket cost to replace the crown would be $845 or so. Unfortunately I was never told I had cavities at all in order for me to make a decision on what I wanted to be done. Far as the crown replacement I no longer wanted Fullerton Craft Smile to do no more dental work on me. The great new is my dentist replaced the crown for less than half of FCS charge, and if it any damage was to occur it would be replaced free of charge, cavities were filled, and two wisdom teeth were pulled along with a bridge replacement. I’m a strong believer that everything happens for a reason my medical insurance changed which FCS didn’t accept and I’m glad they didn’t cause I might have lost most of my teeth with FCS dental. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. The office had a welcoming atmosphere that helped alleviate any anxiety I had about visiting the dentist. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail that this dental office provides.
