Front desk admin Marissa was super friendly and helpful and Doctor Alfaro patiently waited to hear all the different treatments and supplements and theories I’ve researched to give a comprehensive and conservative approach with detailed explanations and answered all my questions. I’ve had many bad experiences with Dermatologists and medical offices so it was refreshing to have such a positive experience. Looking forward to the followup! -Alexander Cho
i always go here, cleared up my acne so fast!! love it.
Expensive even with insurance. Long wait despite an “appointment” (1hr+). Was seen by a nurse and the doctor walked in for less than 1 minute. Very unprofessional
I never leave bad reviews but I just had such a terrible experience here. There were 2 doctors I saw at this facility. The first one (Dr Sree Karukonda) made me extremely uncomfortable. He was very odd and acted very strangely with me. He was very unprofessional and wanted to diagnose me before I could even explain my symptoms or what I was experiencing. I couldn’t get a word in and felt I was not listened to at all. He kept saying he talked a lot but I would suggest he try actually listening to his patients next time. I was very upset and when I left his room after feeling so confused about what he was trying to say to me, the other doctor at the front desk helped me from there. The doctor that was helpful was Dr. Matthew Cole. I’ve never wanted to leave a doctors office so badly. I would reconsider going here if I were you, unless you see Dr Matthew Cole himself.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
